The doctor I see is still here as they signed over from Advent to Bond. Employees are still friendly and service is still quick and efficient. I arrived from my appointments and never wait more than a few minutes to get in. At this time I see Dr Hall and I've been very happy with the service they've provided me for quite some time. As they are still newer now a lot of the little stuff is still being worked out but they're doing a very good job overall.

I have spoken to patient liasons and there excuse for me not getting calls back from them is they are have "fiber Optic" problems and they get so many phone calls in a day they can't return all the calls. I am a breast cancer patient and I can't even get an appointment to get new bras and such. I call daily and leave messages. I can't even get a call back on what time my appointment is on the 23rd. How sad where has patient caring gone??????

The DOOR WAS LOCKED, no one at the front desk, and repeated calls to the phone number listed on all the info at the table out front, over 30 minutes finally got someone's attention and the front door was unlocked. It was suggested that I go to a walk in clinic 4-5 miles away because there was no one seeing patients....A WALK IN CLINIC, ADVERTISING HOURS 7am-7pm, a VISIT AT 3 pm, DOOR LOCKED, NO ONE AT FRONT DESK, ADVERTISED PHONE NUMBER NOT HELPFUL AFTER 30 MINUTES... I'm a repeat customer!!!...finally someone comes from the back and opens the door and instructs me to go to a. walk in clinic??? I wish I could go see Jerri Wood, NP in Davenport, but a 30 minute+ drive is not convenient... I'll return to my previous MD... not nearly as eager or open to discuss my health... but I can get in to see her... This hospital definitely has a problem in billing. My wife had to go in for surgery. The difference was over $3k, and seven weeks later we are still waiting for the refund. The insurance company paid, and now we are paying interest on the credit card. They told us we should receive a check last Thursday, not so, called today (Monday), the billing company says the problem is with the Hospital and the Hospital says the problem is with the Billing Company. Don't trust this hospital, we are going to avoid it any way we can and live less than a mile from it.
