The receptionist's receptionist at window was typing upon her computer after two weeks to no avail upon failure of giving me my Driver license back. I waited two weeks had to make a police report do to her keeping my identification . wow miserable experience for someone with ovarian cysts present and referred for surgery to this lame UN professional office. Another tip that lady Rhonda over in Davenport office is just the rudest little bug a boo ever . Rhonda called out her way to have the tech. For ultrasound not to service my appointment my vehicle broke down that day and the tech was available and willing to see me for imaging but that Rhonda deliberately called winter haven office to cancel me after all that its co void people its hard to get services and scary. At that here I sit with all untreated health could be deadly and nasty receptionist re does my diagnosis sheet of questioned review stating of false info. Went for a "pregnancy confirmation" visit and they had no way to confirm pregancy. Had me pee in a…read morecup and only told me in the middle of the visit (after i inquired) that they have to send the urine to another clinic to verify pregnancy, which would take days. They later drew my blood and they hand wrote my name on the blood viles, there is no computer generated sticker to place on the viles. I was also not asked to verify the name or spelling on the viles. When I asked the nurse how they were going to confirm pregnancy she told me at the ultrasound in a few weeks. If that is the case why did they have me pee in a cup. I fully believe they are going to bill me for a urine confrimation, even though they have not provided me with one. This is a very unsophisticated clinic. This clinic is now under adventHealth.
