This place is so run down it's ridiculous. For them to partner with a hospital I expected better. From the moment I pulled in the parking lot it was a bad experience. The building looks like it'll fall over any second now. The front desk was rude and give you attitude. When they finally took my patient to the room, I was even more disgusted. The place smells like dirty water mixed with humidity. I don't even think their ac was working, if they have one at all, it could have been a swamp cooler but I'm not too sure. The provider was nice but spoke broken english so it was difficult to understand them at times. As a caregiver, I wouldn't even bring my dog here let alone a patient. They must not pay attention to all the reviews because if they did, they would have improved by now. Do not recommend, would give zero stars if I could. read more

Honestly this place would be soo good if: 1. They answered their phones. 2. They actually made referrals on time and with info so the insurance wouldn't deny. 3. They also returned calls to insurances when insurances ask to do so. Ive seen a few drs. Here As i use to see Dr. Arenas as my primary i had to switch to Dr. Ordoñez. ive heard many good things about him but in my opinion he had bad bedside manners literally told him my wrist was still in pain after getting done an x-ray to see if anything was damaged. No medications would help. So i asked for further testing and he said " your wasting my time and the insurance time because they are going to deny since its normal" how is it normal for your wrist to hurt just by washing one plate or holding something. Ever since my patience has gone down with this place some of the staff just dont care so i in return dont care for how they feel. If maybe they would show compassion and actually cared people woudnt be rude. With my mother the referral lady karla didnt even relay the message to her pcp Dr. arenas that the insurance was asking for a peer to peer so in return my mother is still missing out on her breast mri to see if lumps have spread or not. This too karla had recently told me she didnt get a MRI referral so she was going to talk to the dr who was reffering me. took 3 weeks for karla to actually do something if i hadnt called and checked on the status she submitted the refferal on 2/8/19 and its been denied because there wasnt enough info. Good thing i have a communication with my insurance and see where yall fail. But you know what ill just switch dr.'s and warn people not to go here and also make a complain to my insurance. read more

I have been a patient here TOO LONG over 16 years. Over the years the customer service has gone downhill, my dr is good and helpful HOWEVER the staff at this office is rude and inconsiderate and just getting worse! My main compliant is my 3 hour wait WITH AN APPOINTMENT! I have to take time off my job, use vacation or sick time to cover me. Second complaint is poor communication with each other, the right hand NEVER knows what the left hand is doing! I call ahead of time so they can have my results they say they do and when I get there, NO ONE knows where they are. So then I'm doing their JOB and calling the lab who gives me time and date that they were faxed over. I am struggling with this review because Dr. Edda is amazing....but this place is literally like the worst place ever to come due to piss poor time management skills. I always start my day feeling optimistic, but then when I get here I immediately feel doom and regret. I know I will legit sit here forever just to get called back for vitals and then kicked back out here in the waiting room (currently been sitting here for 30 minutes still no vitals taken) amongst the masses. It's almost like they sit around and discuss how many patients can we squeeze into one day to make the absolute most money? Absolute insanity. Front desk. One girl obviously either A hates her life or B hates her job. Like seriously she needs to be in the back checking pee samples and not be working with the public. Seriously I don't think they could have picked a worse greeter for a company. It's almost like they did it on purpose. Like hey! Your appointment is going to be retardedly long let's start this off right and put the crappiest personality up front here to get it going. Now I will say she probably has to take some serious crap from people because whoever sits here for 2 hours (been there done that) waiting to be seen FOR AN APPT can no way be pleasant when asking for the 100th wtf is the malfunction. I slammed the door on my finger few weeks ago. I didn't pay much attention until my nail was turning blue. Can into Premier Medical to have them look at the finder. I say Sandy who was super helpful and really showed compassion. She quickly referred me to a hand specialist after she saw the X-Rays. I have a very minimal wait even though there were several patients in the lobby. I would recommend this clinic. I was a little hesitant going there after I saw the old reviews however I understand they are under new management. read more

I had an appointment and didn't get in for almost 2 and a half hours. Very poor service to those that call in for an appointment. When called ahead of time (if called) they neglect to tell me more than the date of my appointment. While my doctor was nice, I shouldn't have to wait 2 and a half hours when I make an appointment almost 2 weeks ahead of time, especially when I only see the doctor for a total of 15 minutes. It didn't help that at the 2 hour mark they told me my doctor had gone to lunch. They should lighten their patient load or stop accepting so many walk-in's if they can't get to their actual appointments in 45 minutes or less. If all of that isn't bad enough, they rarely answer their phone. When they do they either hang up on you or forget to come back after placing you on hold for a second time. Ok so I chose this medical clinic BECAUSE it is close to home, now after coming here I will never come back, first I call to schedule an appointment for a physical and the girl I spoke to said they accept walk ins for that, so when I came in they say no they do not, and gave me an attitude when I had said someone said I could do that, so she set me up a date, so when I come in to my appointment all the desk girls where eating and chatting I could tell they where gossiping and I was the only one in line and they didn't even bother to ask me anything they just looked up and continued talking! They are all rude, and all should replaced because they are the face to this clinic and should make sure they make us feel welcomed. read more

Walked in at the "urgent care clinic" today at 7:30pm exactly. As they say they are open from 8 to 8 and my husband asthma was getting worse. Thats why we made the decision to go. We walked in and the front desk girl looked mad that we walked in. She had her hands folded and asked my husband what type of insurance he had. He took it out and showed to her. She then (still with her hands folded) told him "I don't know if we are going to be able to see you. Then she proceed to ask him if has been there before, my husband said yes. She asked what was the reason for his visit. My husband told her his asthma was getting worse. While he was explaning his situation, she abruptly and with a bad attitude told him " back up you need to back up" my husband was no where near her... I was standing next to my husband watching everything, and that was when I had enough... I got my husband and walked out. Never again will I or my family be going back to this office. This office has terrible customer service and the same level of health care. They refuse to give an riser for further testing on abnormal test results and they give you the round around, they ask to see you then, then they refuse to see you on two occasions. Berta the receptionist had the nerve to tell my mother, what is your insistence on seeing the doctor. They request for you to contact the specialist to make an appointment without ordering the test. Then they tell the specialist they requested to see you and you haven't followed up with them. They are a joke, but furthermore they are neglecting they duties as health care providers and thus putting patients in unnecessary risks. The supervisor refuses to return calls as well. These people are so rude to me and never answer the phone and i had some x rays done and an mri and they didnyt show me them they jsut said i am fine yet never helped me whatsoever they take months to do one thing and i am signed up with them and cant drive so i have to go there. I have been wanting to see a neurologist for months and nothing. I have gone there once before but i was only sick with a cold so they could help me. I would give them a better review but they cant even bother to show me x rays or mris they have taken. I will go back to omni because at least they show me my x rays and try alternatives. They told me i am fine and listened to my dad who is an ingorant piece of shit. They dont listen to me they only cared because of my dad telling them. i have had back issues which are causing neurologicl prolems and they cant even pick up the phone to refer me somewhere where they don't have thumbs up their ass. they always check the wrong shit for my problems and think i am crazy because they dont take serious and other doctors previous times. some people arent born to be doctors specilly money hungry ones with no empathy for what someone goes through. This doctor and clinic and staff suck so bad. The wait time is ridiculously long even with an appointment. What's the point of even making one. It doesn't make any sense. Sometimes you don't even see the doctor and if you do it's really quick and then he leaves. As a patient with good insurance I wonder, why am I here? In such a bad place. I'm going to start looking for a better clinic. Don't waste your time and money here. I know the copay for me is just $10 but it's still $10. I'm just here for some lab results. Also the lobby or waiting room is super small so there's not enough chairs for everyone. I almost had to wait standing up or even go outside. Not cool.
