Have had 2 rip off pedicures here. The problems are: the staff are not at all friendly Or at all pleasant. And very thin cover on toenails, no clearcoat on top. One time the man doing my nails was on his cellphone talking to someone. Another time the woman doing my toes talked most of the time to the coworker next to us. Not enough layers of polish and no clear topcoat. And twice it has looked like they thin down the polish. Don't recommend! read more

I have tried to give this place numerous visits and every time I leave mostly disappointed. The last visit from a week ago has solidified that I will no longer patronize this establishment. I went to go get a pedicure a week ago. I asked for a spa pedicure, which is supposed to include "extra Massage". They really don't take time to clean up the nail bed and things like that. I usually overlook all of these things because at least the nail polish ends up lasting. This last visit however, the nail polish was absolutely junk and started chipping a few days after I got the pedicure. When I went back to request a polish change, the person helping me when I walked in assumed I was there for a full pedicure. When I explained that I was not there for a full pedicure, they changed their minds and told me they did not have time to take me and to come back in an hour. I've lived in the area for at least three years, and have been struggling to find a quality nail salon that will not overcharge me and will also do a good job. This place isn't it. read more

Disappointing experience -- not worth the price I had high hopes for Premier Nails in Meredith, especially after asking for their most premium pedicure service -- the one that includes a mask, hot stone treatment, massage, and callus removal. Unfortunately, the entire experience felt incredibly rushed and underwhelming. The technician was very friendly but the pedicure didn't even last 30 minutes, and it was clear they were more focused on getting clients in and out quickly rather than providing quality service. My cuticles were barely touched, the buffing on my big toe was rushed, and all of the callus removal? Still very much there. They also didn't address any of my ingrown nails -- something I'd expect to be standard in a higher-end pedicure. At $65, I expected a relaxing, thorough treatment -- but instead, it felt like a basic express pedicure with a luxury price tag. I guess I've been spoiled by top-notch pedicure experiences in California, and sadly, this just didn't measure up. I won't be returning, and I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you're seeking a proper, pampering pedicure experience. read more

This place is interested in booking as many clients as humanly possible whether or not they're actually able to fulfill the service. Several customers were upset when we were in, because their service was so delayed. I ended up being there a full half hour beyond what I was told we would need and even with that they were not able to do the service I booked and tried to tell me it was my error because I should have booked more time even though I'd been there for an hour and a half with nothing happening during MUCH of that time. The nail salon at this location now has another name, Bella something, but this is the only business listing I could find. If I could give no stars, I would. I don't get my nails done often but this was the worst experience I've ever had. Maybe it's our fault for not inquiring about nail art before booking? But honestly, even if I didn't ask for nail art, this would've been bad. Nails were a mess. Got gel polish and French manicure and it was blobby and uneven; stuck all over my skin, and unfinished rough edges. I had to put my own top coat on after because there were bad/naked/rough spots on my nails as well. I really wish I took pictures of the final nails, it was so bad. I ended up going to hannafords next door and getting a nail file and nail polish to try and salvage what I got. It all went downhill when I asked him to fix two crooked nails for the French tip and he did, but got exasperated with me. Then it became clear that the nail tech didn't have nail art skills (I wanted something on each of my ring fingers) and when I didn't like what he did (he made a few blobby white dots instead of a flower) and asked him to change it, he got really rude. To his credit, he tried a couple different things that just didn't work out due to skill set. But I was made to feel like a huge asshole for not liking the attempts, and ultimately the nails without any art were unfinished and bad. What's worse is that these were for my wedding and will be in pictures! Absolutely awful experience. The pedicure was fine, but my toes are far away so I have not really looked too closely at the quality of the polish there. I was at least seated next to the person I was there with, so that was nice! I just feel so icky about the manicure experience that I really felt compelled to write a review to warn people. In summary: Pedicures - fine; but don't go there for anything more than a basic manicure and even then...hope they finish it nicely for you. read more

I waited til I had come here twice before reviewing. I have had very good experiences here. My acrylics are beautiful. It is a little pricey but salon choices are limited in this area. I am NOT happy with the services I got here..twice. The first time I went my nails started chipping after 2 days. Mind you, I got the dip powder so it should last a lot longer. I went in to get the 5 nails that chipped fixed up. The pictures attached show these results. First off my appointment to fix my nails was at noon. I sat there with my nails wrapped in foil for over 30 minutes while she gave someone else a pedicure. She did not put tips back on the nails that she fixed and my nails were a complete mess when I left there. Since they could not do the job right both times I went there, I will never go back again. I gave them a second chance when I got them fixed.. not to mention the fixed nails also chipped about 4 days later. Such a waste of money! read more

I watched tools be re used on clients without sterilizing, no hand washing in between clients, and very poor technical skills. my gel manicure didn't last for more than a couple days. My appointment was at 2:30 and at 3:10 they did my pedicure. 23 minutes later (fastest pedicure I ever had) I was waiting again for my nails. Went with a friend to get a pedicure at this place for the first time. The water in the foot bath was barely lukewarm, my tech seemed to be in a rush. There was no massage, he exfoliated and put lotion on my legs. When he started polishing the base coat, he just slapped it on with the brush going in every direction, then the color got blobbed on that made a bump on my big toe nail, the top coat went on the same way in every direction. We were charged $40 each for these pedicures. These are not worth $40!! Save your money and go somewhere that has good reviews!! I've never written a review but this one had to be done. read more

I have had pedicures here before, and the woman did a great job. Yesterday I had a young man who rushed through the entire process in 15 minutes. The end result was some rough nails that needed to be filed more, and polish that doesn't cover the entire nail. I considered not tipping for such an uncomfortable pedicure, but I gave him $7 on a $35 bill. He took the money without saying a word. If I return I will request one of the women. Since my last review four years ago, my opinion has changed...new people, better organization..The place is best for pedicures and gel manicure. I think all of the technician's work hard and are very attentive. In the summer, they are EXTREMELY busy, so have patience and call ahead, don't go at obvious busy times if you don't want to wait a while (i. e. bad weather out).
