Kymm Smith, owner of Voila, is a lovely and kind lady that I have known for many years. She is a very caring, genuine individual and with over 30 years of experience in this industry, she is incredibly knowledgeable in her craft. Kymm's daughter, Tia, has followed in her Mom's footsteps and is also a familiar face with the biggest smile to greet you that you'll find at Voila. I always feel super comfortable in Kymm's chair. It's like stepping into a friend's kitchen and is a warm and relaxing environment. Kymm really listens to what your needs / wants are and she'll be honest with you as to whether a certain color or foil will look right on you or not. I always respect her opinion which comes from her vast expertise and dedication to her craft. Besides giving great hair outcomes, Kymm gives THE BEST scalp massages when shampooing, conditioning and rinsing your hair. Frankly that is my FAVORITE part of my visit!
