With that i developed severe debilitating back pain when i was 18, fast forward to now and the back pain has/had gotten progressively worse, tried everything believe me. I was so desperate for some relief decided to give PT another try and key stick with it. Everyone is masked up during the sessions and all the therapists i have had, have been god sent. They take their time to curate a regiment for the patient, i have been to a bunch of sessions, i also translate exercises when i am away and i cant begin to tell you the marked improvement i have had over the past couple of weeks. I am truly appreciative of all the PT's and staff that have made this possible. Now, i can get back to doing what i always have loved to do stay active without pain. Please check them out for sure. Went to this physical therapy center for some additional help with my spine…read more My first impression was it was small and didn't have much equipment. After speaking to Stephanie my physical therapist I understand exactly what the plan was. She explained what dry needling & what to expect. We started on the bike to warm up, then went back to a private room where another PT came in and did the needling into some muscles that were strong trigger points. Surprisingly the needling was not any more painful than a mosquito ....but wait a few hours and then the severe throbbing ,aching, burning in back and 100x more painful than usual. At this point I have only been to pt 2x due to scheduling problems. And I missed one due to illness. Friendly staff 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Handicap accessible & parking 5/5 I will update my review as sessions progress.

Jeff listened to my concerns and I was feeling better just after two visits. Appointments were always on time and one on one, which was great having no interruptions with other patients. The treatment and exercises have helped tremendously. Also, the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. I can't say enough about how much they have helped and will make sure to send referrals there way.

I'm a runner and I was having some issues with my Achilles tendon. Mary and Alexis thoroughly assessed the situation by doing a running analysis, observing me doing various exercises, and taking the time to listen to me describe what was going on. They gave me advice and exercises to improve my running form. After a few weeks of following their advice, there is a noticeable improvement in my running form and my Achilles pain is less frequent. Mary and Alexis were great. I am glad I chose True Sports for physical therapy and would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their running form to prevent injury.

I recently completed shoulder treatment with Scott Heinlein . I cannot say enough about his professionalism, breadth of knowledge, and his patient and very effective work with massage and exercise. He has taught me much about muscles and tendons and joints,how they connect and affect the body. I found myself looking forward to these sessions for the lessons learned and also to simply chat with Scott.
