I had a great experience post-injury with Dr. Catalano in October. The night prior, I had been treated in the Inspira ER for a broken fibula. I called the next morning and easily made a same day follow-up appointment at the Mullica Hill location off 322. They share systems with Inspira, so my medical records were already in the system. I obviously couldn't walk very well, and their office staff were empathetic and patient with me as my aunt helped me navigate and fill out the paperwork. I didn't wait long at all for my appointment and Dr. Catalano was straight to the point. He let me know off the bat that I didn't need surgery as it was a clean break and gave me the option of either a cast or a boot. I, of course, chose the boot. He also recommended a knee walker, which I used for the first few weeks after the injury and turned out to be dramatically helpful. Crutches suck. I was out of state visiting family when the injury happened, so I didn't have any follow ups with them, but there weren't any hoops to jump through to get my records sent down to my local orthopedic. I'm glad to say that, as of a few days ago, I've graduated from physical therapy and finally am fully back on my feet! read more

Carpal Tunnel Repair Surgery July 8, 2025 First visit at the Deptford office to see Dr. Sarkos then surgery was done at Surgical Studios in Mullica Hill & stitches out at the Elmer office. I have severe low back injuries (herniated discs lumbar & cervical) from a car accident 2 years ago. Meniscus repair. Doctor DeVenerio (sp) non-chalant, felt like I was bothering him! Husband used Sarkos before and I must agree with the woman before me on what she wrote about him. Things never change! Had a workers comp question. Lady was rudest person ever! Notified her boss. Totally out of line and, unprofessional. Needed a simple letter from doctor saying an MRI necessary to diagnose for repairs. After 3-4 phone calls....done, stuck me with $600 bill from radiology. Definitely NOT A FAN! read more

Dr. Peter Sarkos is a terrible, insensitive, arrogant person. So far my surgery results do not look good. I have been in business over 50 years and NEVER treated a client the way he treated me after the surgery. Has no self-awareness, no sense of self, no conscience, very out of touch. He is clueless as to what it means to be kind and human and interact gracefully. Self-centered. Conceited, vane, shameless sense of self-importance, boastful. Very sarcastic. Very disrespectful. He is pathetic, very, very insecure. No sense of humility, no compassion. Very into himself. Won't answer follow-up questions without getting angry, defensive, insulting. Becomes very rude when asked about a problem after surgery. I do not trust anything he says. Will say anything to do a surgery, seems like he only wants your money. Recommended no options to surgery. I regret having him do my surgery and absolutely do not recommend him. read more

I was greeted with a smile and what looked like professionalism to then feel like i was being judged after explaining to the doctor how difficult it was becoming to do my job he and not once did he ask me what i did for work in order to understand instead he said what do you not want to work it really made me mad to hear this considering i have never collected unemployment a day in my life and the last time i got anything from the state was do to an accident in 2016 and I still kept my composure and now having issues with my paperwork and forms that I had to drop off twice since they lost them and every time i call they play the transfer game , I was there on the 6th and still no paperwork. read more

Took someone to this doctor who has no driver license or transportatio. I took a half day off work for appointment in Vineland. Doctor made us wait 45 minutes before taking us in. Has follow up in elmer and got stuck at work. called to say we were running 20 minutes late. Arrived and the doctor refused to see the attention who was in severe pain. It was the last appointment of the day. Doctors had no problem making us wait 45 minutes at an appointment but have no tolerance for a 20 min called ahead request for 5 minute late arrival. They are intolerant. The desk attendants are rude doctors are nothing but money grubers and care nothing about their patient. Do yourself a favor and do not go to this outfit. You will experience much more pain them they will help relieve. I changed doctors and i am so thankful I found much better more caring doctors. read more

Doctors are very good. But front deck associates are very terrible. They are not helpful they don't listen and help and you have to wait more than one hour to see the doctor it doesn't matter which situation you are in. Not pleased with the lack of organization from this place and their weak team of doctors. Simply told me they couldn't fix my hand and better off leaving it the way it is. Who wants to hear that? Also the doctor openly referred me to two better orthopedic surgeons that he knew of. Safe to say I'll never been returning. Philly Hand Center has my business now. read more

They will not even answer their phone! Two tries just sitting on hold for about 10-15 minutes each on a Monday at about 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM. Never talked to a live person, just the infernal automated robo-answering machine. Don't even know if they showed up at work at any of their 9 offices which are all contacted through this one phone number which no one answers. Even tried the on-line request for an appointment with no response for several hours. So if I have a problem with treatment I would get there, they are not available to follow-up or help. Too bad there is not -10 stars as an option! It is just an injury or a health issue they are dealing with. Someone should explain what the word "Premier" means so they can change their name. read more

This has got to be the worse place I have ever been to. They were recommended by Urgent Care after my husband had an accident. When making the appointment I spoke to the front desk and the scheduler advised she had the x-ray in front of her and verified that it was my husband's heel and ankle that was injured, I told her that was correct. We show up to the appointment and wait about 1/2 to see the doctor. The doctor comes in looks at my husband's foot and says "that's swollen" and then starts poking it and asking if it hurts. He then proceeds to ask my husband what his pain level is because he looks comfortable. After this initial conversation, he proceeds to tell us he cannot help us because he is an arm and shoulder specialist. WHAT! I said then why are you wasting our time the girl on the phone confirmed she had the x-ray and knew it was his heel and ankle, so why would they give us an appointment with you? His response: those phone answers don't know what their doing. (Yeah those kind of comments make you feel comfortable) and I'm the triage doctor, o.k., it didn't just happen and we weren't just at Urgent Care, it happened three days prior. Then he said well no doctor will see you without a CT scan, I'll give you a script and walked out of the room. We then proceed to the front desk where we are advised that we need to see the ankle doctor but he doesn't have any appointments until December 17, 2019 (we were at this appointment on December 2, 2019), I said to the girl you have 9 locations that doctor isn't available to see him before then at any other office, her response "I don't know what to tell you, that's all we have, maybe I can fit you into the Vineland office on December 11, 2019. By this time I wanted to flip tables and throat punch this chick, however, I pulled myself together just long enough to ask her for the CT scan script. She said yeah I'll print it out, but you can't go today because it will take 3 to 5 day for your insurance company to approve it. At this point, I lost my mind and told her she was an idiot it most certainly does not take that long this is an emergency, again she proceeds to tell me "I don't know what to tell you that how long it takes". I get on the phone with the insurance company explain the situation to them, they say you can start it but the doctor's office needs to finish it because we need codes, I said you want to talk to them, I had the code the next day. These are the laziest bunch of front desk people I have ever met and these doctors must be at this practice because they can't make it anywhere else. It was a horrible experience, if you're smart you will never go here! They are the worst of the worst!!!!! read more

If you are seriously injured from a work related injury don't count on these people to care. I have a herniated disc pressing on two separate nerves and I am in constant pain I have had two separate injections with no relief and they still send me to work. Even though they set me back on light Duty I am still in constant pain. The pain is so profound that it causes my blood pressure to skyrocket, and their office still continues to say there's nothing they can do and I have to deal with it. They could care less about your pain and discomfort as long as I stay In business with the Worker's Compensation insurance companies. The fact is that if I was a member of their family or if I was on temporary disability instead of being on Worker's Compensation they would not have sent me back to work.I have two separate doctors tell me that I should not be at work at all but New Jersey's Worker's Comp. laws are so screwed up that I cannot treat anywhere else. Shame on them for not giving me the level of care I deserve and need. read more

I called to see if they accepted my insurance before I made an appointment with them. They informed me that I was out of network but they always accept whatever the insurance company paid...as payment in full. I made the appointment and when I went into the office, I calified with them agan and they reinsured me that they would accept whatever the insurance paid as payment in full. SO NOT TRUE... I took the checks into them, signed them over and was informed that was it. What a scam! I am now receiving invoices from them with threats of going to a collection agency for the boot I was provided. When the boot came off, they asked me if I wanted to leave it as a donation to someone who couldn't afford one. Since my husband is disabled and terminally ill, I thought that would be "passing it forward" for someone else...a good deed. They got the boot and the check from the insurance company and still billing me a few hundred dollars. I should of stuck with my instincts and went to a in network doctor. After numerous phone calls, and being informed they would look into it and call me back....still waiting for the call and they don't return my voicemails...beware, this is totally false! read more
