I called Bill, owner of Premier Painting, as one of numerous quotes I was seeking for painting of my kitchen cabinets and walls. Bill was the first contractor to respond and came by to meet with me within just days of my requesting a quote. Bill took measurements, calculated time & costs for my project and then provided me a written quote before he left. I was so impressed by Bill, his fair quote and his guarantee, that I accepted his quote and hired his company on the spot. They started 2 weeks later and I cannot say enough about Bill's crew, led by Anderson. They are punctual, efficient and true professionals. When sanding the cabinets, there was no dust due to the sander having a pump which drew the dust particles into it. throughout the project, they taped off and covered counters and floors to protect them. If we could give these guys more than 5 stars, we would. My husband and I got a few quotes from various places to paint the outside of our house, and Premier Painting was, by far, the winner. They quoted a lower price than the others, and delivered quality service. My husband doesn't often give high reviews so I knew that Premier Painting was impressive when my husband saw them working and said "These guys don't f-- around" and when it was all finished he used the word "outstanding" to describe the work they did. I'm extra impressed that they secured an electrical service conduit to the side of our house for no additional cost (even though this wasn't in the quote). We needed to find a new painter and came across Premier Painting. We decided to give them a shot. Bill and his crew showed up on time and did not disappoint. They were efficient, professional, and extremely flexible. They scraped and painted the house and the shutters. They did such a great job, we asked if they could paint our front doors, as well. Absolutely worst experience, and communication. I could write 3 detailed pages.. but to name the top issues.. 1- aluminum siding they used a plaster covering to cover the small screw holes on my house.. didn't last 4 hours before I wiped it off with my finger !! 2- his guy in charge took a railing off of my deck by bending it back and forth! ( seen on my cameras) BUT THEN PLACED IT BACK after painting!! Did not even screw it back in I came home and the WIND KNOCKED IT OFF my porch and fell broke/damaged 4 feet high! If my mother was to have came over that night and touched it! Omg ! 3-they sprayed my shutters in my grass, I have white spray paint all over my grass ( still 3 months later) 4- his worker cut my shutter pins on my grass and left all the plastic pins in the grass!! Knowingly I have 3 dogs ! Could've easily been a 5-7,000 surgery for one of them if I had not found them !! 5- over spray on my foundation then tried charging for it 6- over spray my shed roof brown shingles are now blue 7- my aluminum privacy shading fencing is over sprayed 8- my gutter water spout flexible tubes are over sprayed 9- told me can't find white shutter pins to install my shutters , I found them on amazon had them next day and installed myself! 10- was told fri,sat,sun job. It lasted fri,sat, no show mon/tues.. Wednesday Thursday and said to be finished by Friday, rudely asked for payment knowing he's not done, found 5 places they missed painting 11- HE TOLD ME HES GONNA MICKEY MOUSE MY HOUSE !!!! WHO THE FUCK DOES THAT!! DONT BELIEVE HIS 5.0 star reviews! You want to see his work find me on Facebook I'll send photos of "his" work I wish could give 0 starts.. The Premier crew painted several rooms/hallways in my home and did the hard job of removing 30 year old wallpaper from 2 of them. Bill's price was very reasonable, and he even sent over a color consultant to help me pick out my 8 colors. The guys did an absolutely beautiful job and left each area cleaner than when they entered it! I didn't want my life turned upside down so we worked out a schedule to do a set of rooms in a day each of 3 consecutive weeks. The guys even stayed late one day to complete a particularly long job. I just had t take a few minutes to express my Total Satisfaction of the "Outstanding" job that Mr. Bill Gilmore and his staff of Excellent workers performed on painting all my ceilings, 2 coats of paint on all my walls, All Trim work including all doors, framework, spindles on stairways, windows, baseboards. Bill's team of Professional's painted my entire house. Bill, also had his Top Notch staff person install an entire Backsplash in my kitchen. This included the over 15 feet long and 15 inches height around all my appliance areas. He then caulked around the entire base molding of the countertop to ensure great contrast with installation. Bill's entire staff had excellent communication throughout the process which took a week to complete and throughout the job ask if there were any additional questions, comments, to ensure there was going to be complete satisfaction when entire house internally was completed. The total communications from the initial Contract Proposal to job completion was in plain simple talk "Outstanding". Bill's staff of worker also took down curtain rods, all associated window treatments prior to painting, and then reinstalled. You wouldn't find many contractors that would do all these items. They cleaned up the entire job site to ensure we had a smile on our faces to relish in the excitement of our entire painted home. It should also be noted that Bill's staff caulked around all baseboards, doorframes floor areas in bathrooms that need to close any exposures and or gaps. Premier Painting and Wallpapering absolutely went the extra mile to have Total Satisfaction for me his "Customer". I found Bill Gillmore on the internet searching for painters in the Middleton, MA area. I needed someone to paint 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in my new home last minute before our closing. I called him on a Friday and he was willing to squeeze us in and finish up by Tuesday. He worked with this helper and made the deadline with no problem. His work is fantastic and he is the most kind considerate person. He cleaned up after his work and left the house in excellent condition. I would have given him 6 stars if possible. Bill was very responsive and his crew neat and timely. No problem getting the job priced, scheduled and completed. 30 days after the paint dried a small crack in the ceiling paint appeared. Looked up 3 local painting companies for estimates. Premier Painting was by far the fairest and most reasonable. In February we wanted the basement walls (required some plastering) and ceilings painted. Did a great job in 2 days and always showed up when they said they would. My cupola had fallen during a severe storm. Bill went up with a ladder shoring up the hole until it could be fixed in the spring. He later restored, painted and installed the cupola on the roof. In April we wanted our house painted. Again, I called 3 different companies for estimates and chose Premier Painting not just for a fair price, but because of the great work they had done in the past. The house was power-washed, scraped in areas, painted including shutters and trim. They also did the same on my shed and power-washed and painted my lower and upper deck. We had our kitchen cabinets painted from brown to white and they look gorgeous. Whatever the project Premier Painting can do it. I had Bill and his crew remove ice dams from my home after the multiple storms we recently had and they were absolutely fantasic. My house was leaking all over from the ice dams and they showed up at night in sub-zero weather to start the front of my home and returned the following morning to finish the rest of the house. About an hour or so after he left, not one single drop of water came back into the home. He was very professional and kind and I highly recommned his company to anyone.
