I don't usually write reviews but Paulo was too great for me to not hope on here and RAVE. He was SO responsive. I sent maybe five inquiries and he was the ONLY reply, and a prompt one too. He scheduled us immediately, came on the date as promised and then helped me so much when the "wallpaper" I ordered was not as indicated on my order. He helped us correct our order and took EXCELLENT care of despite making a trip that was not fruitful. When the correct wallpaper arrived, he was on-site within 18 hours! If I could give 10 stars I would! These guys are incredible! I bought peel and stick wallpaper and tried to do it myself. It was SO HARD so I reached out to Feitoza to see if they could help. He contacted me right away and we scheduled a time the next week. Paulo was great. He removed his shoes before coming in and was done in about an hour. He left zero mess, played with my dog who was annoyingly jumping on him and was so friendly/polite. I had wrinkled a couple rolls when I tried to install myself and he was able to use them and make it work. He even left me with extra paper that he didn't need to use! Price was very fair. He somehow managed to finish a job I started in my bathroom a year ago but couldn't finish because the trellis/geometric pattern was complicated and hard to match. Paolo is great - very responsive, works fast, and charges a fair price. I requested info from him via Yelp (of course!) and he got back to me that night. Through photos and descriptions over text I was able to explain the job and he was able to give me a quote - totally reasonable and a much faster job than expected! He gave me the names of several previous customers and I texted them for references - they all sang his praises. The only downside was that the job was rescheduled at the last minute a few times, but Paolo came through by our deadline and really does work fast. He knows his craft and explained that our concealed door would likely need to be re-papered because we'd have to shave things down to account for the wood changing in summer humidity. Fortunately, Paolo was aces at using the minimum of wallpaper so we can redo the papering at the end of the summer. I will definitely have him back for any and all wallpapering needs and I highly recommend him! read more

Our first instinct was to call Wallpaper City in Roslindale, who told us they don't install wallpaper; they only sell it. They recommended a guy, whom I won't name. He wasn't friendly when I called, quoted a price based on my description, and then upped his estimate by 30% when I texted him photos. I still said ok. He said to text again when the paper rolls arrive and he'd get to it "straight away." So I did so a few weeks later, asking to schedule a time. He wouldn't commit, saying he'd get back to me in a few days. That's when I went on Yelp and found Feitoza. So glad I did. Paulo answered my call after hours, when I expected to leave a voicemail. He was very courteous, and scheduled the job for two days later. The job was done very well and at the original cost the first guy quoted. He promises to come back to fix any bubbling that might occur after it fully dries in a few weeks.
