I schedule all of our appointment's months in advance and arrive early, the parking is a nightmare. I was waiting 45 minutes and people that came after us (2 to be exact) were taken in before. I was expected to just wait, however, had I missed my appointment time by 45 minutes I doubt that they would wait. I will not be returning sadly.

Once you make an appointment and arrive, you need to call the front desk so they can bring you in once they're ready for you. The entire staff is wearing masks and gloves. You will need to complete some COVID forms and this is where a slight delay occurred between more patients parking and two appointments including us, waiting to be called in. Thankfully, once inside, everything went very smooth. The dental hygienists were both incredible! The boys were at ease and followed all of their instructions. Having no cavities and after their cleaning, Dr. Llamas always pays them a visit to make sure everything is A-okay. Each of our yearly visits have always been a pleasure! Very satisfied with how they're dealing with all of the COVID regulations.

After my lactation consultant suspected a lip and tongue tie for my daughter, we were able to get in the schedule in less than 48 hours for an evaluation and correction. Everything happened right away and this made all the difference for my 2 week old little, who had started falling off the weight curve! The procedure was very quick and helped tremendously with the feeding difficulties we were having. Though this procedure is not covered by insurance, I found their fees reasonable and they offered the opportunity to use care credit. Dr. Bob is a wonderful dentist and the office is well run! If you have a little who is having difficulties with lip/tongue ties, don't hesitate to go see Dr. Bob for a consult!

My kids are now 2 & 3 years old so my kids have been a patient for 2 years now. The staff is extremely costumer service oriented and very nice. They will text you and call you to confirm if you don't respond to the text. The office has a nautical theme very nice and clean and the process to fill out paperwork in in an IPAD. They have computers for the kids to play outside and TV's on the ceiling for the children to watch kids shows. The wait time is very minimal which is great and one of my favorite things. I have been in and out in 30 minutes. Dr. Bob is bilingual as most of his staff is as well. Dr. Bob and the staff will try their best to make your child feel comfortable and enjoy their experience by giving them a balloon, stickers, good bag, coin for a toy vending machine outside. Not only was the dentist Gabriela Rolland super late but she was extremely rude about it and not at all apologetic. she had my son on laughing Gas for an extremely long time waiting on her. This is where things took a turn for worse as my son laid on the table he would laugh from the gas and she would continuously yell at him to be quiet and stop moving. I tried to keep calm even though I grew angrier inside. At one point she told me that if he couldn't stop laughing that she wasn't going to work with him and that she was going to have to reschedule. It felt like she had better things to do and we were waisting her time. I explained that if he wasn't on laughing gas that maybe he wouldn't laugh, she then proceeded to tuck my child into a blanket then jumped on the table and laid on my son she said that I needed to do what she was doing so that he could stay still. I looked at her and asked to quickly remove herself since he's a little child and an adult body could suffocate him. I could tell that she was extremely bothered that I wasn't going to. She should not be working with children if she's not going to have patience. Don't let the pretty office fool you. Run Thankfully my sons new dentistry has the kindest dentist and staff.

Once I stated noticing she was making a huge hole in my tooth the dentist said we should do a root canal. I went from a cleaning to a filling and all of a sudden they are selling me a root canal. I left with a filling that I didn't need originally and yesterday I was flossing and the filling came right off. They did a poor job from customer service to the end result. Now I'm in quarantine and there's no dentist office open. These people are not worth going to see.
