As you can see from the photograph it was a first class dog grooming including having his nails dremeled ( a four person job at the vet's office because he often rebels and his size 150lbs) I watched her do it. I don't think Bill flinched. It was incredible,.Also, and the best part, she gave me several tips on how to handled him when he meets other dogs. How to introduce him. When I got home I practiced what Jaime told me. It was one of the most pleasurable days we've had out on a walk thanks to Jaime's tips. From my experience even professionals are intimidated by Bill's size and excitement. Not Jaime, she new how to handle my dog and it was a great experience for the both of us. I often have them order a 10-12 lb bag of small breed grain free food for me that they don't carry. I will buy a small bag while I wait.. This location ordered grain food instead of grain free.. the bag looked identical. Unbeknownst to me I fed my dogs grains and they both end up sick, one got pancreatitis and 350 in vet bills later .. I owned the responsibility bc I should have read the bag closer.. I go back and explain what happened and to return the bag and bought a small one while a new bag came in. I go to pick it up.. they never ordered it. Mistakes happen. I'm okay and understand. However No one apologized at any point, not with the order mistake and not now. The manager comes over no eye contact, barely spoke and proceeded to click on the computer ordering again the wrong food. When I explain that's not it he picks another that has raw freeze dried chunks. Again I explain what I need. He gives me attitude. I had stood 15 min waiting for him while he stood there silent staring at the screen. Being awkward is one thing... being a manager at a pet store and not knowing people can't just change their dogs food suddenly without repercussions.. the multiple experiences here were just not great.
