My mother attended premier.She has had nothing but good things to say and I always found her looking forward to her sessions there. The few times I brought her in I observed from the waiting room which has a good view into the gym. I realized why she enjoyed it so much. The heating and the massages were her favorite and she enjoyed working with Conor and Mike who made her exercises fun. She told me they were english speaking but spoke to her in as much Spanish as they could which made her happy and comfortable. Not only did they guide her through with patience but they would laugh and smile with my mom throughout her treatment. For only coming in a few times with her, I now see why she enjoyed it here. I've been treated by this therapy group 2 times. The staff is wonderful and encouraging. My first experience was in early 2020 before Covid happened. I was hit by a car crossing an intersection by my home and sustained a broken pelvis and had 4 rods put in to repair the injury. Anyways I was so happy when I graduated the first time as they gave me a nice logo tee shirt for my graduation. I worked my but off and that's no easy task. Fast forward a few years my injury was still in need of more therapy. So I returned in may of this year 2023 and just graduated for the second time this month. I wanted some kind of recognition for all my hard work and thought just maybe I'd get another tee shirt or something like a graduation certificate but no all I did was bang a gong and that's it!!! I know this sounds petty but it's not!! I love all the staff and appreciate all the encouragement I got but please go back to actually giving people a proper graduation accomplishment!! I appreciate all of you guys Chris, Mike Lupita and Cierra and anyone else I might have missed!! You guys rock just up your graduation rewards!! read more

Premier Physical Therapy Moorpark, Just wonderful had a foot injury which was unable to bare weight for months. I had a goal to at least dance which with the help of Chris and other therapist I did dance I thank God for all there help to get me back up on my feet. Needed Physical Therapy again recently and Physician was sending me to another PT I requested Premier once again Chris is a miracle worker. Highly recommend all the staff. read more

This was the worst experience at a physical therapist I have ever had. The complete lack of professionalism is unbelievable. When I arrived at my appointment, they tried to tell me "the physical therapist Debbie will be there in a couple minutes" and 30 minutes later , Debbie finally arrived and said with a defensive attitude and I quote " all doctors have double bookings and make you wait, this is no different" um.. except you are Not doctors. And no, double bookings are not normal. She argued with me constantly when all I was asking for was a rescheduled appointment since I had been waiting for 30 minutes, she said " you can have half of the PT you were coming here for or reschedule your appointment." So I attempted to reschedule, then she said "you are expecting too much from this Pt , you need to leave and go somewhere else" Wow, I got that on recording, I was on the phone with my caregiver , who was shocked and horrified to hear a medical "professional" speak that way. We've already contacted my medical insurance provider about the lack of care and lack willingness to help this horrible physical therapist gave. I've reported them and so has my PC, which is what my primary doctor and I agreed to do. Thank you for being horribly honest about your intentions, I want/need NO part of that in my life. read more

Very unprofessional practice. Lots of chit chat & TV, not so much therapy for the patient. They will say they know your condition/problem, even if they obviously don't. They do NOT know about hypermobility &/or connective tissue disorders. Terrible waste of time & resources for my child! One of their "therapists", Debbie is argumentative & rude. Would rather drive an hour away! Guaranteed this chick costs them a lot of business. read more

I cannot thank my physical therapist Debbie enough for helping me manage and get over the pain of my tennis elbow. She listened to everything I had to say and gave me helpful hints on how to manage everyday activities with minimal pain. My therapist Debbie was AMAZING. She took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. She was very professional and caring. Her helping staff was great too. They made me feel very comfortable in the clinic. After just a few visits, I was feeling so much better.
