I have been going to Sunrise when I tore both of my Rotator Cuffs, and now for my inflamed Achilies Heel. All of the therapists are professional yet have a good sense of humor. It's kind of like school as well, they send home "homework." If you want to get better, you have to practice the stretches, and use ice/heat to mend. These folks are all great!

The…read moreparking spaces seem really tight and due to there being multiple businesses, a bit congested. I went for a short while and I got a ride as well. So it wasn't an issue for me. But it is something to think about. The waiting room seems to get overcrowded a lot. I think it is not streamlined enough. The hand therapy is at some tables. I also used a bench/table for core work and a strap setup to do, very low end for me, cross fit type exercises. There is a large room with stationary bikes, treadmills, weights, etc. I received some personal advice from Nicola, that was very helpful. And continues to be so. I am very glad I went here. A little cramped in certain areas, but was a good spot for me.
