I've been to too many PT and this one I have to say, was different. I only saw the doctor on my initial visit, the consecutive sessions were handled by the PT assistants. Working in the medical field myself, I've witnessed some not so professional and not so good care. That's why coming in and meeting everyone and receiving such phenomenal care was a breathe of fresh air. They've all been nonjudgmental and understanding of me and my situation, talking me through the whole process and answering any question I might have. I enjoy coming here and working with the Physical Therapists and the techs, namely Rachelbeth and Jenna. I feel so bad because I forget the techs' names but they're all so amazing and patient as well and I couldn't recommend everyone and this facility so much. read more

They were completely rude from the get go. I work at an hospital doing pt care. They called me afternoon before appt and possibly morning of. I didn't answer because I am caring for patients. I then juggle my schedule to get off work early to take my mom to appt. receptionist gives me paperwork to fill out. I do so... then when I turn it it they decide to tell me my moms appt is cancelled. Really! After I sit there for 10 mins... because I didn't confirm... being they called me day before at 3 pm when I was working. It took 3 weeks to wait for appt... how do they give her appt away in 12 hours. Makes no sense. Horrible patient care. Horrible treatment. The office Manager was completely snotty and rude about... unapologetic at all...remember a lot of the reviews on many accounts are done by paid poster or friends... this is a true review. Best part I called the insurance company and they apologized oh behalf of Two Trees and the new referral is in. read more

I never imagined I would be treated like such a pile of crap by a company they put me with someone new every day they do not care if I get better all they want is my insurance money the owners the management they are a joke the whole company should be shut down and the government should shut them down now you guys do nothing your pool in Camarillo was so sick and disgusting it's not even funny. Unfortunately, my rating Is zero stars. After my doctor instructed me NOT to do any painful exercises and sent an order to avoid exercises, I was blamed for my worsening condition because I could not perform exercises that caused level 9 pain. I ended up performing exercises in excruciating pain to end what felt like emotional abuse. Biggest nightmare that triggered severe anxiety and nightmares! After 3 visits, I changed centers in worse pain than when I started. After the first visit at a new center, I finally noticed some improvement. Worst PT experience I ever experienced. I would just like to start off by saying I'm not really sure how I was referred to Two Trees Therapy. I've just ended my therapy today and I'm feeling great!! Five stars doesn't describe the awesome Staff they have . My wonderful experience began from the moment I walked in and was greeted by the very nice young ladies at the front desk. Also the medical / billing person was so very helpful She went beyond her duties and helped me out with information that I could have looked up myself but helped me with it anyways. ( with a smile ) Cindy was my first appointment and I'm sorry I can't remember everyone there Also Veronica was so very nice and explained the exercises ( more than once ) smile They truly work with your schedule and are very accommodating!! This facility is not clean. After sweating from doing your exercise they do not clean the mats for the next client! Very unsanitary. And, the girls don't monitor you making sure your doing it correctly. Most of all, they charged me $45 for not canceling within 24 hrs. I explained to them that I was in the hsp unable to call them. My daughter called them within 22 hrs and explained but they still insisted they would charge me. I have NEVER heard of such a thing and total disregard to the patient. It's not like they weren't notified cuz they were - just two hours past the 24 hour marked. HORRIBLE and TERRIBLE customer service!!!! Think twice before going there. read more

I have to say that I went to two trees several times and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff whether the Dr (Cyndy Rivera was the best!!!) or the assistants (who helped you with your exercises) or the front desk assistants. They really make you feel secure when you are in pain and are ready to adjust exercises to suite your pain levels... they never make you feel bad about your pace and always have additional recommendations for new exercises when you are ready to move on! I felt so comfortable, secure and confident in their hands. The individual employees and physical therapists are what make Two Trees PT in Oxnard, a pleasure to work with to say the least. I started seeing Sarah in Ventura prior to the Oxnard location opening, she broke my wrist on my 1st visit. LOL. J/K. I haven't been able to get an x-ray yet, I'm sure it'll work itself out naturally. It's only been several months. :) After the wrist incident, I also worked with Cindy, she was very professional and I had nothing but positive and effective sessions during the short time she was my primary Physical Therapist. I also met a chill cat I call "G" but don't call him that unless you know him as Gerald. LOL. He worked with me during the gym sessions in Ventura, and I think 1 or 2 times at the Oxnard office. But most my gym time spend at Oxnard was working with a lovely young woman named Veronica. Not sure what it was, but after my 1st session with Veronica, I suddenly started looking forward to my next PT appointments a bit more for reasons that elude me to this day. "G" is my dude and all, but there isn't much of a competition as to who I prefer to work the gym sessions with. Professionally speaking only, they are both top of the line and know their craft well. I am grateful to have worked with them both. And surprise, surprise, who do I find at the Oxnard location, non-other than the most genuinely concerned, informative, and delicate with her treatments (except for the wrist breaking incident) LOL. Sarah has by far been the most effective and professional Physical Therapist I've been lucky enough to have worked with. My health and recovery were her primary and only concern. I am hesitant to trust anyone's opinion when it comes to my health. But it didn't take much time for me to realize Sarah's words were based strictly on her honest input regarding what would be best for me and my recovery. Sarah's input regarding my specific diagnosis and treatment has come to be on a very short list of individuals whose opinion I not only trust, but have come to appreciate. And just to be clear, she had nothing to do with my wrist or any other injuries I sustained while under her care. I have a unique sense of humor that is not always clear or funny unless you know me, or share a similarly dry sense of humor. And last, but certainly not least is the individual responsible for scheduling and every other aspect of the office/paperwork side of things, Brandi at the front desk. I would say she must have the patience of a Zen master, most definitely a Jedi-Master-Yoda level of tolerance, especially when it came to dealing with my "complex" and sometimes hectic schedule. Brandi went above and beyond to accommodate my scheduling, and worked with me to see that I could get into the office for all but one occasion which due to my complete disappearance from this earth. I have probably had the most communication with Brandi, and I must give credit where credit is due. Brandi's role was just as important as the rest of the team during my time there. I started this review before my last session, and am just now finalizing it for submission, only two+ weeks later. Not to bad eh, not to bad at all. LOL! I can already imagine the expressions on each of their faces as they read this review and likely gather for a unanimous vote to put me on the "no longer allowed in the building" list. But in all seriousness, over what seems to have been a very short period, I've come to know them just enough to know that their treatment was based on their genuine concern for my recovery, and to provide the necessary care specific to my individual needs and long term health. I can honestly say that I received the best possible physical therapy available from the individuals at Two Trees in Oxnard. And I would never give my endorsement to any health provider if I didn't truly feel that they deserved it. I've been to several different PT offices due to prior injuries. And Two Trees level of professionalism, and more importantly the effectiveness in the treatment provided has been 2nd to none. Cyndy was the therapist for my 13 year old son and she was amazing! She handled his strong-willed attitude very well and as a runner also, was able to relate to him. She provided him with exercises that helped him recover quickly and will help strengthen him as a runner. Our whole experience at Two Trees was great. As the very first patient of this new office of Two Trees Physical Therapy, I had no idea who my physical therapist might be. Sarah W. was fantastic! She took the time to ask the right questions, evaluate what had been done in the Ventura office, and made my appointments there almost a pleasure. As she worked on my problem areas, she was gentle, but firm. Sarah did not want me in any pain. If a manipulation hurt, she immediately backed off and switched to a different tact. (Currently still a patient) This place is absolutely wonderful! Although I was a little off put at first when trying to schedule my initial visit by the (sweet but confused) woman who tried so hard to understand how the business worked. I finally got a visit scheduled after two weeks of trying and ever since it has been an absolute pleasure. I will first start off with Brandy the receptionist, she is so on top of her game it isn't even funny. She has made the insurance part of my visits an absolute breeze and has went above and beyond. If I have any question regarding my benefits she knows the answer or finds it for me in a timely manner if she doesn't! Scheduling my visits with Brandy have been a breeze. And she always has a smile on her face :) second Cindy is my first ever physical therapist, she truly cares about my well being and never makes me feel uncomfortable about any questions that arise during my visits! She also tells me about some cool areas in California since I'm not from here which I sincerely appreciate. Veronica is who I work with in the gym and she is incredibly sweet, together she and Cindy work to tailor my work out plan to help build my strength but at any point that I feel bad pain they back off and adjust my work outs!
