Eugene is great at communicating with me to find out exactly where the issues are (they tend to move and shift and change a bit week-to-week), and targeting them directly. Whether it be adjusting something new or maintaining the ongoing work, Eugene is on top of it. And although I've had some previous PT, the level of attentiveness that Margo shows when working on the actual exercise routine is beyond what I've had in the past. Margo makes the difficult stuff tolerable, she is solid in her knowledge of what needs to be accomplished, and she has always seemed like a champion of my progress. On top of all that, the office staff is super friendly and helpful, I can't even guess how many times Joanna has helped me with scheduling or billing or providing me with paperwork my insurance company requests. The…read moreparking spaces seem really tight and due to there being multiple businesses, a bit congested. I went for a short while and I got a ride as well. So it wasn't an issue for me. But it is something to think about. The waiting room seems to get overcrowded a lot. I think it is not streamlined enough. The hand therapy is at some tables. I also used a bench/table for core work and a strap setup to do, very low end for me, cross fit type exercises. There is a large room with stationary bikes, treadmills, weights, etc. I received some personal advice from Nicola, that was very helpful. And continues to be so. I am very glad I went here. A little cramped in certain areas, but was a good spot for me.

Reid is the absolute best! We've been in speech therapy for…read moreseven years across many different settings and with several therapists, but no one compares to Reid! My son looked forward to seeing her every week. She made every session fun with games, her great sense of humor, and the warmth she brought to each appointment. We also worked with her for myofunctional therapy, and it was incredible to see my son's progress with his "R" sound over the months as she helped him build tongue strength and improve posture. We made huge strides in reducing his mouth breathing, and she guided us with care and expertise through a frenectomy he ultimately needed. In just eight months with Reid, my son made more progress than he had in seven years with other therapists. I can't recommend her highly enough--there's no doubt anyone who works with her will love her just as much as we do!

This place is horrific! Do not send your loved ones here. I had to call 911 on 3 different…read moreoccasions for my father, he had pink eye and they didn't treat it, another a raging UTI with sepsis. They tore the skin on his left arm multiple times. His items went missing there. And there was no remorse or hope of them trying to find the items. His room was disgusting and I had to disinfect it myself. The man in the bed next to him has one arm and pees all over the floor in the bathroom. He also leaves food out so there is a ton of gnats and fruit flies in the room. I had a nurse give my dad pain medication when I told her not to. I said I'm his POA and I'm saying no. She did it anyway. Don't sent anyone you love to this facility. The management has too many bed and not enough staff to properly care for these people. It's like a horror movie every time I'd go there to see my dad. I'm grateful of his most recent hospital stay so my family was able to get him out of there. I'm going to pick up his items today that are still there. I'm interested to see what's missing.
