The staff consistently responds to my queries as my moving date nears. The facility is clean, fully accessible and, quite frankly, the staff are friendly, helpful and well informed. I chose not to use this location after a disrespectful conversation with one of their…read morerepresentatives during a phone call and then consistently recieved reminders through calls and texts that I had a past due amount. The problem with this is that I never opened a storage unit with their business. I informed their representatives of this on four separate occasions and yet I still recieved calls. Their hours are subject to change without notice and they have several incompetent representatives who are unable to make notes in files or relay information about services. Best bet is to steer clear and avoid issues with this location.
