We had the best experience with Kendal and his team at Carolina Limb & Light. We had two dead pines…read moretrees in our front yard. Both were close to the house and one was very large. Our business interaction started with Kendal being super easy to reach and schedule with. The team arrived promptly and performed a very controlled take down of the trees before grinding them down so we can reinstall grass. We asked to keep the smaller tree to split for firewood. With thoughtful initiative the team cut it up and stacked it for us beside the fire pit. Then they cleaned up everything to include the lawn and driveway, taking all the debris. My daughter rented furniture protectors ($13) but were never included. Receiving end (Fayetteville Penske) credited back the rental fee for the protectors without a debate. This is 2nd time with a Penske rental, the first a 16' traveling 2,000 miles. Will consider them in the future if need arises.

The problem with this is that I never opened a storage unit with their business. I informed their representatives of this on four separate occasions and yet I still recieved calls. Their hours are subject to change without notice and they have several incompetent representatives who are unable to make notes in files or relay information about services. Best bet is to steer clear and avoid issues with this location.
