I did extensive research before choosing a pool company. I looked at reviews especially the reviews long after the pool was installed. We chose a fiberglass pool. What was surprising was competitors to Premier Pools & Spas DO NOT follow the manufacturer's recommendations on backfilling the pool, therefore voiding the warranty should something happen. That is not the case with Premier. They go above and beyond to ensure your pool is installed correctly the first time and you'll enjoy the pool for years without issues. The line of communication is always open. The owners are on site while the pool is installed and keeping the customer up-to-date on progress. They have quality employees they keep employed year round so they have the best teams who have years of experience. Our experience began with Shelly who designed our backyard pool on video so we could visualize our project and make necessary changes before construction began. I can't recommend this company enough. They are superior to all other pool companies and know how to distinguish themselves. This is an expensive decision. Pay the extra money to have your pool installed correctly.
