They have always been helpful, courteous, and professional. I came in today because I accidentally popped off a regulator valve on their spa (oops ) and lost the gasket. They were incredibly helpful, gave me an o-ring that fits just fine at no cost, and even gave me some helpful tips for making sure the valve control was installed nice and snug. I know if I have any issues, I can call them and they will be more than happy to help me!

They say they will call back by end of day with a date but never call. They give me a new timeframe when I call back and then that date passes and they don't come or call. I have been polite and flexible but it has been a summer of being pushed off with no communication and it has been really frustrating. I went with them because they are a small, family business and I wanted to support. They seem good for in store purchases but I would not recommend for an install or liner replacement.

The last time he closed our pool, it took him only 30 minutes, he usually took about 1 hour, which cost about $350. (We think $350 for a half hour of work is too high, although it did include about $50 worth of chemicals). We decided to open our open our own pool the next spring, when we turned the heater on, it leaked everywhere, all the pipes in the heater had frozen and burst over the winter. He had forgotten to blow out the pool heater. What a loss. We went in to get our water tested, and they wouldn't give us the computer report if we didn't buy our chemicals from him. We won't be back. My husband learned to do it himself and we buy our chemicals from local dept stores for half of what he charges, and we don't have to deal with his abrupt personality. We still lost our pool pool heater. He lost a cash customer.
