While my little ones enjoyed the pool I have a few caveats. It was pretty dirty in the kiddie pool. Not sure if the filtration system was working at all. It didn't help that the nearby tennis courts were deteriorating and the mud and stones were sliding into the pool deck which the kids would walk in and then get in the pool. There were lifeguards watching. Appeared that a daycare center was using the pool for the morning swim. The bathrooms do not have a place wherein you can change your little ones into dry clothes for the ride home. There are bathrooms period. No shade at this pool either. No umbrellas or tables. One picnic table and a few plastic chairs. The staff was pleasant and my grandchildren had a blast. Just a little bit challenging but all in all worth it for the smiles.

I let the owner talk me into repair and put coating on steps rather than place but it is not holding up or poorly done. They were supposed to replace light if needed and obviously did not check it as they promised because now I'm having an issue with shock when stepping into the pool. Wendy in the office said I need a new light without anyone coming out to check it or even allowing me to speak with a technician. I asked if I was getting a new light once I received the estimate and was told they would check it when they were doing the work. Obviously that did not happen if I even need new light. The estimate also stated they would provide all start up chemicals but they did not. I had to add 5 bags of salt, calcium, and stabilizer within a couple days after fill. Those are all startup chemicals although the office staff said they're not. I used Johnson Pools in the past and recommended them to others but they have let me down and disappointed me. I no longer trust this company and the office staff is rude.
