I've always considered my hoarding tendencies, but never really addressed them. In all honesty, opening up in that way can be very intimate and vulnerable. Communication was non existent, I had to inquire when delivery would take place and when the crew would start the build of my pavilion. No one called from the shipper or the building crew to schedule. The "crew" turned out to be one guy who struggled with building the large and heavy pavilion. Many details were done sloppily with stripped or loose and crooked fasteners. Boards were cracked, panels misaligned. No builders square or level was ever used as shown in the installation manual. I had seen videos online of homeowners building this unit in 2-3 days. It took assemble it over a week. I have no confidence in the build quality of this costly purchase from assemble it. We found lots of screws in the lawn and plastic around the yard for us to pick-up as well. All the packaging was ours to deal with also, and it was a lot. When I brought my concerns to the project manager, who never came to my location, I was met with excuses. I cannot recommend this company. BEWARE.

I chose this facility because I believed my property would be secure. Unfortunately, that wasn't my…read moreexperience. I had a trailer stored here with a trailer jack attached. Someone stole the jack, which cost me approximately $300. After reporting it, I was informed that the exterior parking area is not covered by the security cameras. That was a complete surprise to me. When a facility promotes security, most customers reasonably expect the outdoor storage area to be monitored as well. To make matters worse, I moved out and misunderstood the move-out/sign-out process. Despite no longer using the space, I'm still being told I'm responsible for July's rent. I contacted corporate hoping someone would work with me, but I got the same scripted responses with no meaningful resolution. Filing a police report weeks after the theft isn't likely to recover my property, and it certainly doesn't change the fact that the area where my trailer was stored wasn't under camera surveillance. So from my perspective, I'm out $300 because my property was stolen, and now the company is still trying to collect another month's rent. I would encourage anyone considering storing equipment or trailers here to ask very specific questions about what areas are actually monitored by security cameras and to get the move-out procedures in writing before leaving. I wish I had. I was hoping for customer service that acknowledged the situation and worked toward a fair resolution. Instead, I was left feeling like recovering rent was a higher priority than addressing a customer's loss.
