I've been a customer for…read moreover twenty years and for the first time ever, I had an inquiry about the receipt and flowers I got, I've gone literally everyday for like the past three weeks like they know me and my hubs and kiddos by now - but for some reason today when I inquired about charges and flowers, the customer service I received was awful. They tried explaining but did it so fast then also said i was wrong bc the cashier remembers, which i can accept had they actually pointed out and showed me what was what but my cart wasn't in front of me (it was in the car by that time) and I had asked if they could just quick walk over to the car with me which was parked extremely close as it was not busy, to help show me what was what bc I was confused and didn't really get an explanation other than i was wrong bc the cashier remembers and instead of doing that, they shut their doors (the register is a tiny shed outside) and that was that. I am the friendliest human ever and was so incredibly nice about this and asking. Then once i walked back to my car to see if a manager could help bc i literally just wanted someone to show me which plants were what price wise/pot size wise. I genuinely was asking nicely. The girl who answered said the manager wasn't there and i asked if she could tell me when the manager would be in because i had questions about charges. She hung up on me. So i walked into the actual building where i asked for the manager, the girl walked over to the manager and he looked at me, she returned saying he didn't want to speak to me. It was the weirdest experience ive ever had there and it was kind of enough to put me off for good. I can spend thousands every year on florals and landscaping and bird items, anywhere. I liked supporting their biz but that. Felt so lazy and lame and like shit customer service i just never want to go back or let me kids near those kids running the place again. They're so disrespectful and just not cut out for customer service or providing floral or math/register service to adults period. No knock on the door, no heads-up, nothing. When they returned a few days later to finish the job, the same thing happened again. Two different visits, same lack of courtesy. A simple "hey, we're going to be working here -- could you move your car?" would have solved everything, but apparently that level of professionalism was too much to ask. When I had a large tree removed from my property, I made sure to notify my neighbors ahead of time and even offered food and help since it affected them. I don't expect special treatment, but I do expect the same basic respect and awareness I show others. It's incredibly disappointing to see a company operate with so little consideration for the people living nearby. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them to anyone who values professionalism or common courtesy.

The wood was junk. The pieces were very small, very light and full of holes. We will be spreading the word to all of our friends to go somewhere else. His crew worked meticulously for over 3 hours on this one alone to section it down safely. Trees Near the House: A couple of dead trees--including one leaning directly toward the house--that were handled with precision.Power Line & Cable Hazards: A large tree and a smaller fern were intertwined right on top of live power and cable lines. Instead of hacking it down, Ed noticed how beautiful the main tree was and carefully pruned only the heavy leaning side to save the tree while completely removing the hazard!Overgrown Pruning & Forest Clearing: He pruned several overgrown, very large branches in my backyard and felled a few dead trees deeper in my forest section.Ed and his team came out twice to complete everything. The crew worked safely, efficiently, and with incredible care. After finishing the cutting, Ed came back the very next morning to grind down three stubborn stumps.When they left, my property was immaculate--they cleaned up so thoroughly that there was no trace of fallen branches, debris, or even sawdust left behind!To top it all off, Ed's price was amazingly reasonable--by far the lowest quote I received from anyone in the area.
