Sven was the first to respond. He offered to come out immediately after normal work hours for a free quote. He thoroughly inspected the tree and assured me that it wasn't in imminent danger of falling over. That night he sent over a quote that was substantially lower than I had feared it would. They also were the only contractor who did not come do a site survey before giving me a quote, which led to a logistical issue of where to stage the bucket lift and needing to drive the large truck in between our fence posts. I did explicitly say we were planning on replacing the fence, so I am not particularly upset, but I have to mention on this review that he bent our fence post with the truck and did not mention it to us. Imo, just a few avoidable logistical issues. Great tree service? Yes, absolutely. Good work and good value. Professional conduct? I'm sorry to say could be better.
