I had zero electrical power through any of my outlets for 3 full days. When I called the Premiere Management team they did not feel it was an emergency and told me they would get some out to me in a few days. Which the home warranty called and actually told me someone would be out in a week To look at the problem. Leaving me with no way to cook food for my 2 kids, laundry was in the wash sitting in water for three days (getting mildew) no way to get ready for work. I also told them there was a sizzle noise and a weird smell of burning. STILL no importance! I had A blown circuits (sparking when ever we would plug something in) creating sparks to the outside breaker and 2 circuits on the inside breaker. I am not an electrician but I am glad I was able to find help for the safety of my kids and sanity of power again. I am thankful nothing serious happen either. Like many of the negative reviews of this business, it stems from being mislead by Chris Page. When we meet him and did our final walk of the property, we brought up concerns that our small dogs could fit out the side yard gate and how we could make it safe for them. We asked if we got a piece of wood cut to cover the lower 1/3rd and had it painted to match the gate/house. He say yes it was allowed. 7 months later we get a fine for the board. We already planned on moving from the property and we were told that upto every 14 days we could get another fine. We told them we would pay the fine and have paid it multiple times. The error was an internal error as explained to us by an office representative. They have since corrected the issue. read more

I am renting a apartment right now from premier Property Management and I have to say that I've never felt more safe with it just be me and my daughter. I am just going through a divorce so this is mine and my daughter's first home together we are starting over from scratch everyone has been so helpful the area is amazing when I moved in it was a couple problems with the apartment and I notified premier Property Management and they fixed it right away. The staff has bent over backwards to make this experience be as rewarding as possible and I would tell many of my friends and family to go through them. They are five stars in my book. read more

I am renting a house from a friend of mine. They wanted to use Premier to manage it. I was told to contact them which I did. They had us fill out an application and collected our application fee. They ran our credit and did a background check. Come to find out later that they were not even under contract with the owners of the property. I would of thought that they would of been upfront about that fact. I contacted them when my friend informed them that they would not be using them for my money back. After all they ran my credit and did the background check under false pretenses. To date all my requests for a refund have been ignored. Be careful before giving them any money. read more

I wish I could give no star to this property management company. They are one of the worst property management companies in Las Vegas. The employees are extremely unprofessional and have no knowledge and expertise in property management. This company employs a bunch of know nothing , low level workers to manage your property, and for any small action they want to take until they ask direction and permission from the owner, who rarely is available to do any work, and does not work more than 30 minutes a week. Customer service mean nothing for these guys. I let them to manage a few of my rental properties, and that was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had in this area. You leave any reserve deposit with this company to spend on your investment, they will eat up that fund so fast that you won't believe it. They never give you a proper pricing of services they provide or things they do for you or they will charge you several times over. The owner is so unethical; he is one of the biggest crooks in Las Vegas. Do not work with these guys; if you do, you will regret it. Premier Property Management has been the property manager for all of my rental homes in Las Vegas for the last 9 years. I want to say I appreciate the highly trained staff and what they have done for me. Their employees are very quick to answer the phone and are very courteous and polite as they answer all my questions while providing the assurance that the property is secure and under control and nicely maintained. They are professional in their approach and have always performed impeccably in representing both the landlord and the tenant. They are always honest and deliberate and not afraid to make a decision. These are qualities and virtues that I always look for anytime I am in a business relationship with my personal assets. As I am writing this, my tenant is being evicted and I don't have a worry in the world because I know that the Premier Property Management will handle the eviction and court appearances and re-rent my property in a timely manner. The worst service I have ever received. Very unprofessional and has no sense of urgency when responding to tenants regarding living situations. I moved out of my rental 2 months ago and received 1 walk thru and was told my rep would be back to due a final walk thru the next day and never returned. For lack of work ethics from the rep from PPM I was charged w/ damages and landscaping that were already corrected, but he never returned. I lost two days of work waiting for these people who never even bother to return my calls. Once I received my check for my security deposit, and noticed it was incorrect I called PPM and was greeted by a very rude receptionist who would not give me her name and told me I need to submit my dispute in writing via email. That was a month ago and still no response. I called the office and was greeted by yet another rude receptionist, I explained my concern and questioned why no one has email me back yet. She placed me on a brief hold and told me "oh they see it and are aware, someone will email you answering your concerns". I asked her "so if you see my email, and are aware of my concerns can I speak with someone now?". She told me no it all had to be in writing and hung up the phone. So starting the new year short $325 because nobody has the time to email me back, or are in to big of a rush to speak to me on the phone. read more

Premier has been so great! When I first moved in, the place was immaculate. The agent I felt with was very personable and very thorough. Any time I had an issue with an appliance or anything they were always on time and sorted the issue immediately. I recently moved so I have a new property management company. This is a wonderful family owned management company! Chris was so warm and professional when we did our move-in inspection - notating and documenting everything, making sure we had no questions/concerns. We stayed in our rental for 5 years - any problems/maintenance were seen to extremely quickly by qualified, professional contractors & service people. The office was very responsive to any communication we sent them and everyone we spoke to with on the team - Chris, Bob and all the lovely ladies in the office were always professional, knowledgeable and polite. Unfortunately our unit had a fire due to an electrical malfunction with an older dryer. The damage was thankfully not extensive but we had no idea what to do! We called premiere and they had an amazing restoration specialist there for us SAME DAY after hours to help and advise us. The home-owner was less than stellar in the process of resolving the damage to our unit but Bob and the Premier staff were very supportive through the whole process. This is a company that takes care of their properties and also makes sure they maintain great tenant relationships which is a huge benefit to home owners. They are a win-win for owners and tenants and we highly recommend them! read more

Bob is the worst, ,we had our property listed with him and we had a tenant and the rent was over 1300 a month and there was NOT one time we got over 800.00. Everytime the tenant had an issue, from dirty windows, some ants, or a key THEY broke off , WE go the bill deducted from the rent. REALLY get a grip, I clean my own windows , spray for ants , its 3.00 for a can of spray or the fact I had to pay the locksmith to get the key THEY broke in the lock out I also had to pay for a LA Lakers vanity key!!! Then when I got fed up with the crappy service I fired them and paid the remainder of the agreement just to be rid of them. When I went down to the water district to get the next tenant set up I found out HIS tenant NEVER paid the water bill and I had late fees and they were close to putting a lien on my home, all because HE didn't do his job and make sure the tenant was up to date on utilities. You are so incredibly unprofessional it is amazing. We did respect that home very much. I didn't say you terminated my lease. You refused to renew my lease because the owner didn't like that we had children. In fact Bob you advised us to seek legal action against Shelly for this reason. I have a copy of everything you charged me for and you double charged me for cleaning services and didn't abide by our walk out sheet at all. You walked us out of the property and said everything looked great and that all that needed to be done was the floors. You are a pathetic liar. I will be callingthe real estate board about you Bob. You do business illegally. You can't not rent to tenants because they have kids. It's against the law and now you say i damaged the property. Really??? All of those charges were repeated cleaning fees. You will never get another dime from me. I owe you nothing. I rented a home in Southern Highlands (Las Vegas) for two years which was managed by Premier Property. They responded immediately to the few problems I had. They were very efficient and knowledgeable about the home's warranty coverage and I rarely waited for more than 1-2 business days for a repair. On two occasions I got a brand new appliance! I always appreciated the call back I would receive from them, making sure that I was satisfied with the service provided. Premier Property truly takes pride in the homes they manage. I used my realtor, Christina Flores, (who is awesome, btw! Please use her if you're looking for a home!!) to help me find a rental as we were moving here from Los Angeles and didn't know the area well. She took us to many rentals, but we loved the one in Seven Hills which is managed by Premier Property Management. Before signing the contract, I read the reviews on Yelp and was a little scared to go with them. Well, I'm glad we did. Christina made sure we got a walk through to look for any possible issues, and told them about a few things. By the time I got the keys and did my walk-thru with Christopher, from Premier, all the issues were resolved and everything was freshly painted and cleaned. We moved right in and love our house! We had a mailbox key that didn't work, and after calling, Christopher called me right back and I got the correct key. No biggie..and so far everything seems great! read more

The house my wife and I rented in Henderson for the past 2 years was serviced by Premier Property Management. We were both very impressed with their service as they were always on top of every situation that ever came up. During the 2 years we leased the house we had a few little things that needed to be fixed and every time we requested a repair they jumped right on it and fixed it. We also had 2 big repairs during our time at the house; one time the AC went out requiring an entirely new unit (not cheap) and it was in the middle of summer, and the other incident there was a flood in the master, in both cases Premier escalated the issue to an emergency status and rectified the issues immediately, we couldn't have been happier with the way they handled those issues along with every other request we made over the 2 years. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking to rent, they are efficient, honest, and they are always available to take your call if you have a problem. I've rented a home from Premier Properties for almost 3 years and I have not had any trouble. What I love about being a renter is I can make a phone call when something breaks and they will send a repairman, at no expense to me. When I first moved in they made sure the house and windows were clean, everything was in working condition and locks were changed. Over the years they have repaired everything from a leaky toilet, irrigation, garage door, washer, tree trimming and all this is usually done within a day or two of my request. Most recently, I needed a new dishwasher and there was a communication break down between the delivery company and installation guys. It actually took almost 2 weeks to get a dishwasher installed that sat in my garage. Patti Jo and Bob worked daily to resolve the issue, kept me updated and were very apologetic, even though it wasn't their fault. I have been impressed with the handyman companies they contract with too, always really nice guys, showed up on time and did a good job with the repair. Communication is always the key in a rental situation and I have been timely in paying my rent and Premier has held up their end of the deal too, It really isn't my decision what quality of appliance the owner chooses to install. I feel comfortable that they have my best interest in mind though and I don't have to worry about getting an eviction notice because the mortgage isn't being paid and that what's really important in a rental situation. I've had several phone conversations with Bob and have found him to be reasonable and fair with me. He has listened and even made accommodations for my situation, I find him to be very fair. If you find a rental house through Premier you can feel good about it and know that you will be treated fairly and taken care of to the best of their ability. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The office staff are incompetent. They make things up and then you are expected to go with whatever they have put in your file. This happened to me and now they are threatening eviction. They are charging $25 for trash fee's however, republic services, the trash company quoted me a price for my address of $14 monthly. That is $11 monthly I am paying for what? They say admin fees. I disagree. They will try to get every cent out of you and when you say you can't do it, then they resort to lies and threats. You can NOT work with them. They have told me that I could pay my rent 1 day past their 3 day grace period, then turned around and said I owe late fee's. What? That is horrible. Everything is a battle. It took me a week for them to replace my water heater when it went out. Never mind they did everything they could to delay it as much as possible. When I started telling them that renters rights in Nevada declare a water heater to be essential, low and behold, my water heater got put in same day. Funny how when I start talking about my rights as a renter, I get to hear how they are only there for the owners. I don't understand how they are in business and if you have the chance to rent from another company- do it. I have never had the issues in dealing with anyone the way I have with them. HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. HORRIBLE PEOPLE!! (btw- their employees get turned over all the time, there is always someone else working there almost monthly, and no one seems to be accountable for anything. From one month to the next you could deal with a different person, and then be expected to conform to whatever they want to make up. I have read reviews that Bob Page is an absolute nightmare as he is very demeaning towards his employees and fly's into temper tantrums with them- so in my opinion, he really can't expect to keep staff when you act that way to the folks you employ. Furthermore, how do you expect folks that get treated that way to be anything but HORRIBLE?). Please heed this warning- you will reget dealing with them, in any fashion. WARNING DO NOT RENT HOMES FROM BOB PAGE! He is a horrible person right along with his office staff excluding Chris Page who is an absolute wonderful person but he can't make decisions for his father. Bob is the worst type of human being. Back in June of 2017 we received a notification from Premier asking if we were going to renew our lease. We signed the notification to renew but never signed another lease or at least not at this point. Then in July I paid my rent and something happened on their end and the payment didn't go through my bank. No one contacted me about this until there was late fees added to my account. They informed me finally on the 11th of July when I arrived at their officer later the same day and brought my bank statements trying to show them there was no return notifications or fees on my checking account due to my balance being obviously higher then my rents. But that didn't matter to them they still wanted to charge me fees for my first time every being late like that. All of a sudden Bob comes charging out of his office yelling at me screaming to the office people to evicted me. I couldn't believe it I wasn't even yelling at anyone. So I leave go see my attorney who then calls Bob and asks what the issue is he then changes his attitude and says he isn't going to evict us just to come pay the rent and if we would like to move he is fine with that. Then the next day I go with my disabled husband to pay the rent the next day where he happens to be coming off the elevator at the same time we are going in and confronts us. My husband immediately turns the recorder on his phone on and records this man yelling and cussing my husband out for talking to the attorney. Then again proceeds to say on video we can move he's fine with that. When we move out at the end of our lease date I send my daughter to meet them in fear that Bob will lash out on us again. My daughter meets with Chris signs the walk out saying everything looks good but for some walls need to be repainted so that cost would be roughly 300.00 we were expecting the rest mailed and then we receive a notification in the mail from Premier stating we broke our lease and we owed them money. I was blown away. I'm praying that this man takes me to court because with all my evidence to include a whole years worth of statements from them mind you showing I paid my rent on time, the banks statements of my positive balance, the letter they sent me, the walk out paper, the video, and my attorney as a witness to our verbal agreement to allow us to move will be great to bring forth to the judge. Solution - Premier Property Management Hey out there, I am not an eloquent man and I won't try to sell these guys to you, but they gave us a chance and I am grateful. We recently moved out of a nice, quiet house they manage in Southern Highlands after about 2.5 years. I have no bad thing to say about Bob or any of his staff, actually, they were all very professional in their demeanor every time I had any dealings with them. They were never a bother and always gave us notice/notification of anything, etc. I don't know exactly what to write here... uhh, Process was easy, lease renewal stress-free... Overall, I gave them 5 stars because I can't think of anything to reproach them for. If you ever owned or lived in a house before, stuff costs money and crap happens but, they were always fair about that too. We are moving out of state but, if we were staying, we would still be there. If you find yourself looking for a house, give them a try... I did... and it made all the difference. Troy read more

Unlike some of the reviews below, we have nothing but great things to say about Premier Property Management. We have spent the last two years with another big Property Management company in town, and Premier has been a big breath of fresh air. Our other company was horrible at communicating with us and their employees were often very rude. Premier Property has provided very effecient service and they are very easy to get a hold of. Lori at the office has been a huge help to us and actually helped us find a property when we were in a huge bind. Bob Page, the Broker is very hands on and did the most detailed walk through with us. We had a potential issue with our AC just days after moving in and he has followed up with us twice since then. He seems to really care about his owners and tenants. We are feeling confident that this was a good choice for us and I hightly doubt we will have the same issues as we did with our previous company. read more

BE AWARE if you rent from Premier. We rented a home we were told had "brand new carpet and padding". When it was time for the move in walk thru, I had to pay the key deposit along with the rest of the monies, however Bob couldn't find the mail key, and neither garage remote worked, so for my key deposit I was given ONE front door key. It took a month the get the mail box key. I was given the run around, Bob is in a meeting, Bob is out of the office today, Bob will go to the Post Office and order it this afternoon, no you have to take your lease to the Post Office and order keys, Bob will call you back...Blah, blah. Finally after a few nasty emails I got a response, and when I called Bob on it, low and behold, the key was found and delivered that day! Apparently their bills are the only ones that need to be paid on time. After a few months of living in the house, stains started popping up on the carpet. I would clean them, then they came back up. I let Premier know and again, after several brush offs, they called a flooring company of to look at it. I was told that the only way to keep the carpet clean was to not walk on it?!?!?!? I have 3 kids, how is that going to work? I went back and forth with them over the padding. It was not replaced, and if it was, the concrete must not have been cleaned/treated. He refused to even look into it, wouldn't even consider it. After our move out, we had the carpet cleaned and the pet urine smell was terrible. Bob said it was our dog...we have a 8lb dog, that we didn't even have the entire lease. He would have had to pee every drop in him in his entire life to cause the damage. Now we are being charged to clean the carpet/padding...over $600 and another $900+ to replace the same padding. The interesting thing is I called the SAME flooring company, and the ENTIRE roll of padding, which much more than the 300sq feet of the room is only $175! RIP OFF, CHEAT, SWINDLER. Be prepared to not get your deposit back, get charged for EVERY little thing, even usual wear and tear, and for upgrades that Premier wants done. This is the most expensive education I have ever gotten. Bob is a ruthless man that has no value of good business. He is also vindictive, be careful. I would never allow anyone I know to rent from them, they need to be shut down. read more

I have rented with Premier for almost three years now, and so far I am pretty pleased with their service compared to my previous experiences with other rental companies in this city. My rent includes landscape service, which is nice and they come every week and do a good job. I plan to stay here and renew my lease another year. The pet deposit that they required for my lab was $350. The last place I rented from required a $500, so that was a plus. I don't have anything bad to say about the property manager, Bob Page. He has come to the house several times to set my sprinkler timer, and to look at other things around the property. People hire them to manage the renting out of single family homes, and taking care of everything involved within that realm. Just saying, the reviews on here shocked me because these people seem like good honest working people running a small business, working for the homeowner, not the renters. Originally, there were a few issues with the home (small maintenance misc. issues), but they were resolved pretty quickly. The vendors and the gentleman who initially did our entry home inventory walk-through were both friendly and professional. So far, so good. read more
