There is more range of motion too, which nearly makes dancing mandatory! These two are the real deal and make going to the doctor fun. Like geez lady I apologized and am trying not to make the same error and she rubbed in my face. Emotional regulation is important for someone in charge of "patient care" and while I was remorseful and paid my fee for rescheduling less than 24 hrs, Christina was extremely passive aggressive and when told how she made a patient feel in clinic, she had 0 remorse or compassion. Impact vs intention especially when it comes to patient care. That's not someone that I'd like to see/deal with when coming into a clinic of great PTs & PA's. Again, if you want her to tackle an insurance company, she's your girl. If you want to be spoken to like a human being, go elsewhere. Very curt, insensitive but hey she'll get things done.
