Had a wonderful massage, body scrub & sauna time! Definitely recommend! Very relaxing!

I was really in deep of a massage one random day and decided to give this place a try. It's located in a shopping strip mall so I was questioning myself because I usually opt for a spa setting. But my sore shoulders were like, we can't wait Jo. Lol Anyway, the front desk is sooo nice when I called to make the appt. Which make me feel confident about the appt. The place is clean, and everyone is professional and nice. My massage therapist did a great job. I opted for the combo with massage and scrub. What's really cool is that they actually have a shower for you to use after your body scrub!!! And you also get to pick salt or sugar scrub. I chose sugar. Although the scrub was just OK. (The next time if I come back, I will only do the massage) the shower after wards was AMAZING. They provide robes, slippers and hair ties. So you can have a great shower. Overall, I had a good massage. But I don't feel that I would want to pay close to $200 for it again. read more

11-10-2023. We've been a few times now and the Couples Swedish massage is my go to. It has been easy to call and make an appointment (some times within a few hours). The place is quiet, calm relaxing everything it should be before a massage and it smells great when you walk in. The 1st check in will take a bout 5-10 minutes as you are filling out paperwork that they will keep on file and reference to use for the massage and also refer back to it when you return. They've always been considerate about areas that are sensitive or that you do not want massaged or touched. They have checked with that each time we come in for an appointment. I have had a lot of neck and shoulder pain. This was my first massage and I was nervous. So glad I went! She did a lot of things that my physical therapist had done on me in the past. She seemed very knowledgeable. She really got into my rotator cuffs and other areas of my neck that were much needed during the deep tissue massage. She made sure I was okay and not in too much pain throughout the entire massage. I did a combo so I finished up with the Swedish massage which was so relaxing. It was clean and felt very comfortable. Amazing!!!! I had my first appt there this past Saturday. I had Ana and I got the 60 minute combination massage (Thai & Deep Tissue) for $80. I enjoyed everything about this place. The location was nice, clean and quiet. The staff from the front desk to the masseuse was amazing, courteous, very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the amount of pressure Ana utilized during the massage. I love how she introduced herself at the beginning, asked about pressure and trigger points to focus on. I can tell she actually listened as well. Ana did not over use pressure when walking on my back, thighs and legs. She really hit those trigger points well with her big toe. lol! Holy Moly!!! Just had the best massage of my life today! Was looking for a last minute therapist to get me in for a next day 90 min session, and found this place here on Yelp. I quickly made an appointment online, super easy to navigate the site, and they had multiple time frames available which was very accommodating to my schedule. I ended up booking a package for a 90 min combination session with the Thai & Deep Tissue modalities. Also added a 30 min Sugar/Salt body scrub. Total: 2 hours. SOOOOOOOO WORTH IT!!!! Amazing price point too! I'm a massage regular, trying to get at least monthly sessions. I've had hundreds of massages throughout the years ranging anywhere from high end luxury hotels to your normal suburb membership facilities. I even managed a massage therapy clinic for over 4 years with 40-50 therapists employed... so I've had my fair share of experience on the table! This session was truly note worthy! I'm sad I didn't get the name of my therapist, but she was phenomenal... working out all the kinks/knots in my focus areas and incorporated a ton of lower back, leg and arm stretching (typical in Thai massages). Now my session was truly a therapeutic session due to my back pain/stress/stiffness VS the fluff and buff relaxation massage, but you can choose a Swedish massage if that's more up your alley. My 90 min massage was followed by a 30 min body scrub. I went with the sugar/salt combo, as I wanted a nice exfoliation for a next day spray tan session. The scrub was magical!!! My skin feels like a baby's bottom!!! Super soft! Be aware... this is a "full" body scrub, so if there are certain areas you choose not to have scrubbed, please advise your therapist or write it on your documentation. After my scrub I was lead to a private shower room with a sauna for usage at my own pace to rinse off and re-dress. Sadly, this place didn't deliver a good experience. I love Thai massages for the great pressure and stretching but the ladies that did our massages were just off. My mom had to keep asking the therapist to ease off on pressure the entire time and my therapist slipped off my back a few times while she was walking on it. I'm a petite person and when some bigger loses their balance on you, it isn't pleasant. Furthermore we arrived 10 min before our massages but somehow the therapists didn't come till 8min after, and we were delivered a 50 min bungling treatment. Very clean, nice ambience. We had the couples 1 hour combo Thai massage, and reflexology. Susan and Nan were our masseuses. We were both very pleased with their technique and their professionalism. We will definitely be returning. Everyone was super nice and personable. The following morning I felt so good, I felt that I had attended a yoga class and someone else had done all the stretching. I am shook. Y'all. I have been to some of the most expensive spas in Dallas and NOTHING I mean NOTHING beats Silk!!! I have never felt better after a massage. My first time at silk I had a 60 minute combination Thai/Swedish massage and a 30 minute foot massage and LET ME TELL YOU. Not only did the massage therapist just give a massage, she did mobility & im pretty sure used a tool on my feet. It was incredible. What I also loved was that she wiped the oil off with a hot towel after (LOVE). The pressure was perfect... she got up and stepped on my upper thighs which was so amazing (this is part of a traditional Thai massage) I cannot recommend this place enough and wish I could give 100 stars out of 5. A very clean spa, modern decor, in a strip mall. Regardless, it is peaceful and the best massage you will ever have. I'm serious. The price is almost unreal for what you get. For everyone who does go, this strip mall is a dfw gem in general, as it has one of the best sushi restaurants (large cuts of sashimi) SuBen, and a tanning place that offers 2 versa a month for 25$. Between these three, this strip mall is superior and at the top of my list for a treat yourself day. Staff was super friendly and the sheets over the massage tables were most likely bamboo sheets. I had my first experience with this business yesterday. Was in much pain from base of my neck to lower ribs on right side. Seth, either owner or at least the manager greeted me upon my arrival and walked me through options I could select. Dee was assigned to me and performed multiple styles of therapy. Started with Thai (never had before) then deep tissue followed by hot stones then additional firm massaging and stretching. I expected to just get relief from the neck to mid-back range, but no! Dee started in my problem areas and discovered it was ligaments and worked hard to relieve inflammation with her many techniques then worked all the way down to add foot reflexology. I have never had such relief in a massage atmosphere! So professional. The room was so peaceful and quiet. We only spoke when necessary which allowed us both to concentrate. I chose a 90 minute session and wish it had been longer. Once finished, I had to sit in the lobby to gather myself for about 20 minutes before before I could drive. My pain was and still is gone. Today I'm just feeling where deep tissue was addressed but not hurting. Seth talked me through and gave me water until I was ready to leave. Even though this was my first time I felt so welcome. No rushing at all. He is also wonderful in his hospitality. Please don't stay in pain. Make an appointment and ask for Dee. She will use her skills to melt the baggage you've been carrying around. I have visited here once before with an appointment, and came in today on a limb to see if they would do a walk-in. They were so accommodating, caring in assessing the best type of service to get for what I was looking for, and professional. I went with a 60 min deep tissue hot stone massage and wow.. I get (somewhat) frequent massages and this one with Sandy has to be the best massage I've ever had. She made sure to remind me to tell her if she was using too much pressure, if the stones were too hot, and toward the end she focused on my pain area on my back with techniques I haven't experienced before. I love that there's calming music playing (some other places I've had to ask for music to be turned on, it helps me relax) and the lights are dim in your own private room (not just a curtain in a large space).
