Multiple items in my home were also damaged because of the excessive stomping and noise coming from the roof during the work. Overall, there has been a complete lack of respect and professionalism throughout this entire experience.

I then scheduled an appointment through their website, received a confirmation email, but no one showed up. I called and left a message with no response. I gave it another chance and scheduled a second appointment online. Once again, no one showed up. I called several times, but no one answered, and the answering machine kept coming on. The quality of their work is good, but the lack of communication, missed appointments, and poor customer service are very frustrating. What is the purpose of offering online scheduling if no one shows up? They really need to improve their customer communication and follow-through.

Lastly, I had a leak in the roof that dripped onto my kitchen counter! Uriel was able to assess the situation and offer me a quote for a reasonable amount to which I agreed. Uriel addressed my concern regarding the coaxial cable and brought on Renee who was a big help working to complete the work in one day. Uriel went so far as to go on the roof to assess the condition and made a few patches with tar here and there as well as reattach the roof turbine that had been knocked off during the latest storm! Every time I pointed something out, I was blamed for the problem rather than the poor craftsmanship provided by JBC. Too date, I have a shower that does not look professionally done and which still leaks. I have an electrical plug that I asked to me moved but is still in the same place. I have face plates not installed. The door leading into my bathroom sticks on the tile floor. The best part of the remodel was the paint job that I hired another company to perform. I was looking forward to a new bathroom but all I received was a bathroom with more problems than when JBC began. Don't use this contractor.
