Recently our basement flooded with water when there was a gigantic super cell storm. Mike came to help very quickly after we reached out to him, despite being swamped with tons of other similar complaints. He quickly addressed a huge range of issues ranging from cleaning and cameraing our sewer line to closing our stack drain, fixing our flooded out water heater, helping us with our boiler and radiators (which suddenly weren't working just as it started to get cold out), and more. Mike's honest and fair. He tells you what really needs fixing, what can wait, and is able to think creatively about solutions to save money/maximize value. It feels great knowing we have an honest contractor rooting for us instead of trying to squeeze us. In a sea of overpromising, overpriced plumbers, Mike stands out above the rest. 5 star work and service for sure!

I believe in good service and when I receive it, I always tell/refer others. My Mom's kitchen water pressure was very low. She called her home warranty company who sent out a technician. That's a story in it self. Anyway, I told her about Mike. I called Mike on a Thursday for her and asked if he provided service to her area. He said he would contact her to discuss her plumbing issue. Well Mike and his team went to my Mom's house that Saturday and were able to resolve her water pressure issue! Tony did ok for water mitigation after a water leak, but for RESTORATION, it was over 10 months, and they basically did everything wrong in my home bouncing between multiple unskilled, unreliable managers. My glue down vinyl floor wasn't installed properly with horrible workmanship, slices in tiles that cut your feet (see photo) that the entire floor had to be ripped out and redone twice. Floor still has issues with tiles popping up for no reason. The house was left with sawdust and splinters all over. Debris clogging vents and furnace got impacted with saw dust, causing costly furnace repair. Quartz countertop was ruined with scratches, stains, and superglue all over the underside (see photo) from having to detatch and reattach the counter several times because of their incompetence (forgetting to mount sink). They turned down professional recommendations and offered to sand the countertop 'in place", not even knowing the quartz dust is toxic. Cabinets installed were darker shade and unmatched style, had to correct, and sides of cabinets are scratched and banged up. Electric for garbage disposal installed improperly twice. Basement insulation installed improperly, still falling down. Walls (see photo) and closets painted only partially in non matched color. Seriously, they left it like that calling it "done". Trim and baseboards have noticeable slices in wood. They're installed and painted very poorly. I would NEVER recommend EcoClean for anything and caution anyone who uses them.

Tony's Drain and Sewer Tried to Drain Our Wallet Instead…read more.. My husband and I called Tony's Drain and Sewer because a contractor recommended them, and we had a stubborn main line blockage. They sent over a technician who attempted to rod the line but couldn't get the equipment in. He gave up and stuck a camera in there. My uncle is a general contractor/handyman with over 30 years of experience, and he's run into this exact issue before with our plumbing. Last time we had this issue, he told us it was likely root intrusion, and that it just needs yearly maintenance. Unfortunately, we didn't keep up with the maintenance, and he lives across the country, so we couldn't exactly fly him in for an emergency toilet rescue. Tony's charged us for a camera inspection and promised to send a quote. The next day? Boom! "$7,500 minimum"... And that didn't even include landscaping repairs. For that kind of money, I was expecting front row VIP tickets to see Dave Chapelle, since clearly, Tony's team thinks they're in the comedy business. Thankfully, we got a second opinion. Another plumbing company with over 20 years of experience came out, scoped it out, and spent about 3 hours clearing the line and doing a full inspection afterward. It was a root blockage and some baby wipes. They got to the root of the problem (yes, pun intended) for just $300. Moral of the story: Don't flush wipes. Also, don't flush your money down the drain with Tony's. Always get a second opinion. 0/10, would not recommend!

The first time he was out, he used a camera to show us how bad of shape our pipe was in. We had to have the difficult conversation that a whole new line was needed. He sat us down and went over everything in great detail. He started the replacement at 8am and was totally done replacing our whole sewer line by 4pm.
