They have propofol, no chloroform or ether for these anesthesiologists! They also serve people of all ethnicities and take most kinds of insurance. Knowing the complexity of my many chronic health conditions and my long medication list, it would be important to me and the staff if I bring my detailed medication list, so I emphasized, many times to make sure my property arrives to my room with me, yet, it was lost for 24 hours hours. During that time, after a complex spinal surgery, I wasn't given my correct medications, or the correct doses at the correct times, which happens frequently when I'm hospitalized, not only at Rex. Once it was found, after I complained to Patients Relations, the head of security came, but for reasons I still don't know. He did a good job explaining how the security process was supposed to work, but he didn't explain how my property got missing. especially, after me emphasizing it's importance to my hospital stay. It was as if he couldn't realize the procedure wasn't relevant. What's relevant is what actually happened and why. His explanation was the most incompetent, unprofessional, and unethical explanation imaginable. His staff members were sleep so he, evidently, didn't think that losing my property was worth waking up his staff members, who knew the details of what happened. As if that wasn't demoralizing enough, he then told me to file a complaint while walking out. Mostafa Foluke'.

I filled out a form online to get an…read moreappointment with their urgent care, and literally one minute later, received a phone call to schedule. They were able to get me in almost immediately. Once there, I was quickly brought back, given xrays, and then saw the orthopedic specialist on staff, Dr Blaine Etzel. He immediately put me at ease with his warm, laid back and caring personality. He asked me lots of questions, gave my knee an exam, and showed me my xrays. He even gave me a copy of them without my asking. He explained exactly what was going on with my knee, referred me to PT, scheduled me for a follow up appointment in 4 weeks to come back here and see a knee specialist to make sure PT was working, and just answered all of my questions so thoroughly. He even offered me an immediate treatment to bring the swelling down and help with the pain, which I decided to accept, and am happy I did. Today, the next day, I'm already feeling much better, even though I know I still have weeks of PT ahead of me. I was so impressed with Dr Etzel and highly recommend him - it couldn't have been a better overall experience. I believe he works urgent care Fridays-Sundays, if I'm correct. The lady at the front desk was also super kind and easy to talk with. I just moved here from Austin, TX, where the options for a sudden knee injury are either generic urgent care or hospital emergency room. These places are useless, and all they do is xray you, give you crutches, and then have you call around to schedule with an external orthopedic specialist. This takes time and effort, and then you take the first available appointment, which might be a week or so out. Then that person will finally do the correct exam, tell you what they think is wrong, and then write a referral to PT. So it all takes a very long time with no quick answers. This was SUCH a better, one-stop experience, and I left knowing what to do! You can even come here for the PT or an MRI if you chose. They have it all here! Just so impressed by this place and grateful they were here for me.

The staff is always professional and they go the extra mile to assist. The reception phone etiquette is top tier. They're always able to accommodate me with rescheduling and today I had to make an appointment for a Walk-in for my daughter. This location was highly rated for sports physical therapy and urgent care needs. My daughter is an athlete and often she experiences sprains when competing. Today's walk-in appointment was excellent. We met with Jake & Anna. They saw us right away and helped us with choosing an affordable & supportive ankle brace. Thanks to the team. I love how convenient this location is from home and the late evening hours.
