They called me back a few days ahead of time to confirm the reservation and were very pleasant. Arrived early in the morning and everyone working here was very pleasant and accommodating. They suggested extra stuff, as usual, but were not pushy on the up-sell. Checking in to receiving the truck took just minutes. We were in and out in about 10 minutes total. They were very busy, busier than I would have expected. Place was neat and clean and appeared quite organized. TIP: This is located on SR (state road) 54, not CR (county road) 54. The two roads are very close together and if you are not paying attention, you will be confused like I was. LOL
