I get a call today wanting to know when I was going to get the rest of the stuff or pay 50 dollars for a cleaning fee. Are you kidding ? Mike is AWESOME!! He's gone out of his way to assist me with keeping my unit at his facility more than once. I didn't need as big of a unit any longer and I kept missing the window on the smaller units. Mike kept in constant contact when I had questions or concerns, and today I was able to secure a smaller unit so I could stay right in the building I was in! He's definitely a man of his word and I am thrilled I didn't have to move to a new location! You can't go wrong with this location or his other storage facility. I'm always going to need a unit; I'm very comfortable with Mike's Extra Space Storage thanks to his attentiveness to customer service and the cleanliness of both locations at all times. The building feels secure no matter what time I've accessed the unit, I've always felt safe while on the property. For outdoor storage it appears they have a good draining system to prevent pooling of water that often enters many outdoor storage units at other places.
