Horrible workmanship. Three times over the past couple of months, I have taken my car here to solve a problem that they created from a simple flat tire. The last attempt included replacing a hub and a tire. I got the car back, then noticed one lug was broken off (and sitting in the hood well) and another lug, on the tire they replaced, was stripped and missing the lug nut. After months, I am trading one issue for another. This isn't difficult... if all lugs aren't on the tire (or multiple tires) don't charge the customer then give the car back to the customer. I would think this would be the basics for a tire shop. read more

I checked on their home page and was not surprised to see my review not there. Hopefully i can save someone a really bad experience.... I brought my car to Premier and asked them to check my blend door actuators and blower motor. I also had a windshield leaking water when it rained. I asked them to try and find the leak. I was told by Jethro i would be called before any work was done. When i was finally called i had a bill of almost $900 including 5 hours of labor waiting for me. The glove box actuator and blower motor had been replaced. Both simple jobs that could not have taken more than 30 minutes. The drain plugs under the windshield had been cleaned out supposedly the cause of the leak. Their AC tech some Dim-Wit named Randy had worked on all this. Premier did not try to resolve any of this for me, I drive by their store every day and see a lot full of cars, how bad do they need the money and where did good honest customer service go ? read more

Always a great experience here. I had my Dodge 3/4 ton Ram, Jeep Wrangler, Nissan Murano, and Dodge SRT-10 Ram serviced here. It's a lot more than tires. Full service, just not oil changes. I don't blame them. I even brought in a 1976 Dodge Truck Carb and rebuild kit and they had it ready on the next day. Great guys too!! read more

I have to give credit where credit is deserved to Premier Tire in Livingston. Chuck the owner was so kind, helpful, HONEST and upfront! Tyler answered all my question, just really good people! After a few months at a mechanic shop in Livingston that did NOT fix my ac, only made matters worse, left the shop 3 times with NO ac, a couple of grand LATER and my car was NOT fixed! God led me to a new mechanic who has 35 years experience. He is absolutely amazing! Treated my suv as his own. He took me through everything he had to work on. Also told me everything the other mechanic did wrong to mess up my car. And NO I did not need a new car like I was told at the other mechanic shop! Ask for Randy. Our brakes on the RV were in a horrible state. As it turns out due to supply chain issues and my motor home being an older coach the availability of parts were in short supply and a source researched. Thanks to Chuck's desire to please, he came through in flying colors. Work is professional and completed quickly. Examining the parts afterwards showed my brakes were metal to metal and my rotors are cracked. Now I have peace of mind with new brakes. We were also treated to the Escapees discount. If you think they just do tires here, you would be wrong. They were able to find the right size brakes for my friend's older motorhome and install them. We like to purchase LP there. The only negative that I can say is getting in and out of the parking lot can cause damage to your vehicle because of the steepness of the drive to the street. It's a huge dip. read more

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Prices are fair and they had me in and out in an hour. I've bought my tires and can go back with free rotation and balance. They know that I'm on a budget and work with me on prices which I know they do with customers. Carry a variety of tires mine had to be special ordered but arrived in two days. read more

I think they are great. I had two experiences with Premier and they went over the norm to help. Once they were closed but were still in shop and they opened an gave us a used tire to get by till tomorrow, and once my grandchild had an issue and I was in Houston but they fixed her issue and allowed me to pay when I got back in town. My wife was traveling alone and had a tire going flat. Premier found it had a nail and fixed it for $15. They could have lied and sold my wife (a senior citizen) a new tire, but they were honest and fixed it. Good for them. read more

Went to Premier because I needed a tire for my fifth wheel trailer. Usually go to Discount Tire but its in Huntsville, 50 miles away. Got a quote that was same as Discount. He did suggest a heavier duty tire, but I have 3 new tires already. Then needed a stripped lug to be replaced and they did it easily and inexpensive. Will go back the next time we are in town next year and get the heavier duty tires. read more
