This company was over an hour and a half late, made no effort to contact me that they would be late or when they had arrived, and then left my car in a random place in the parking lot nowhere near it was towed from. No employees would give me their names. It should be a crime to take my vehicle and not even give me your first name. This company needs to be shut down.

Thankfully, my policy covered towing up to $50.00. I live in Tampa and I go to the Jeep dealership in Brandon for service so when I notified MetLife of such, I was notified there would be an up charge because there is a Jeep dealership in Tampa that is a shorter distance from my home. I knew this and was totally fine with it and agreed to the additional fee which was only $20.00. MetLife gave me a time frame of 45 minutes for Goodfellas arrival after the tow was ordered. Manny from Goodfellas arrived in less than 15 minutes from when I requested the tow (excellent!) and let me say he was the nicest and most professional person I worked with. He helped us manually move our Jeep Cherokee car from the 4th floor of our garage to the bottom floor then proceeded to hook the Jeep to his flatbed tow truck and allowed us to drive with him to the Jeep dealership in Brandon, Florida. Once we arrived at the Jeep dealership in Brandon, FL, Manny from Goodfellas Towing unhooked the Jeep and placed it in a parking spot for the Jeep dealership in the morning, I filled our the card and placed the key in the lock box for the following morning, and instead of us having to call Lyft or Uber to drive us home, Manny from Goodfellas even drove us back home to Tampa, FL at no additional charge! Honestly, EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Coastal Towing was used to pick up our car that was supposed to ship from FL to CA with another company (Montway - who I do NOT recommend!) and our car was stored at Coastal Towing for 11 days until I had to hire a new car transport company (EShip who I DO recommend!). My son's tire fell off his truck while getting on the highway due to the ball joint breaking off…read more He was able to pull to safety with sparks flying. Kyle with Towberme was there in about 20 minutes; he was able to pull the truck onto his flatbed without causing any further damage. In addition, when he unhooked it, he took great care and time to make sure there was no further damage. He even lifted the vehicle so e could get the jack stand under it. I will use this service and get reimbursed from my insurance company from now on.
