On Monday I was given another company and another number but it was after closing hrs. On Tuesday morning I called and the only option to get to talk to a person is option 7, the elone for the lenders, I tried to explained to a woman call Cristina that I needed to retrieved my mom's wheelchair, to avoid her getting bedsores, her checks and my legal paperwork, she would not let me talk, kept interrupting me refused to give me an address to pick up the car the next day, and then stated I would own them extra money, I have been trying to call my lender to help me resolve the issues of getting access to my belongings and them trying to charge me extra for keeping my stuff when they won't let me retrieve it.

Hurricane Irma changed course and was now heading right to us. We live on Madeira Beach and they…read morehad the police barricades up to prevent any riffraff from going to the islands. We called our AAA service and they told us they couldn't send anyone (because of the barricade) and they wouldn't even try. Saying the police wouldn't let them in even after the officers had told trucks they could when I talked to them. I went down there even to meet them and never showed. We were scared because these cars were our lively hood and mean a lot to the family. Some have pictures and money and jewelry we have the cars. I called frantically to every tow around that was still open were rude and some just hung up on me after I said Madeira Beach. This lady answered the call. She was actually the owner!! And was so nice and professional and made sure I knew they would help us. The tow guy OJ came right away and was excited and happy to help! They even came back for the second car after it wouldn't start. They saved us and helped us evacuate worry free! They are a blessing and we will be requesting and referring them from now on!
