When the 2 hr time frame was approaching they called me to let me know the truck maybe 10 mins later than anticipated. Courteous and professional!! Most companies providing services (towing/roadside assistance) of this nature often make you feel as if you need them more than they need you; however, true as it maybe as often the scenario is a stranded motorist needing a tow, but this company did not make me feel that way. I contacted the owner to see how he would help me and he basically stated that I never payed for a radiator and he sent me this fake invoice so I said I'd get my lawyer involved and he then apologized and said I was right.
