We were told that there were no applications at the time for a specific home and so I paid $70 for application and submitted. I called immediately after submitting app and their rep named Sissy said it would take 5-15 days to get an answer and said that there were 2 other application that came in for the house in the past 10 min. Possible, right? But this has been on the market for 51 days!!!! After I questioned them about taking the application fee despite already having submissions they immediately told me that I was declined. And was VERY nasty about it.
