Came in to ship something for my company, something I've done before but my first time at this location. I waited 10 minutes while other customers were being helped. When it was my turn I said I needed to ship something they asked for my phone number which I told them I had an account number. Then the lady said in a bad tone that they don't work with accounts. It's a UPS shipping account at a UPS shipping store. Why in earth don't you work with accounts!?! Wasted my time while having a bad attitude. Not coming back here. Sticking with fedex. read more

I have been using this location for about a year now and the staff are great to work with. They are very helpful, I frequently see them helping customers with carrying their packages. They are helpful with how to use the equipment. The prices are competitive. Turn around is quick. If you have a mail box here, you have 24 hour access via a keypad on the front door. I am in the store almost daily to collect my mail and packages, and I always enjoy the upbeat staff enjoying their work. read more

Not sure about the hours a previous Yelper posted about, but the hours on the door are consistent with the hours that they are open and closed by, and the same exact hours are online. Perhaps the hours hadn't been updated yet? I use this UPS store for all my Amazon returns and occasional fax needs. Service has always been spectacular since the new management took over. I believe it's a guy and his wife who run the store. Xavier, the store manager is really good as well. I was having issues emailing my fax and UPS label over and he was extremely patient and helpful in making sure I was sorted out. The store isn't overly crowded or busy whenever I go. It usually has a pretty decent ebb and flow of customers, which is good. I would definitely recommend coming to this store because it's conveniently located right off Route 20 and the customer service is unmatched to other UPS stores in the area. read more

I'm retired with over 30 years of experience in the field of servicing clients, and I wanted you to know that they deserve to be recognized for their strong work ethics. It is disappointing to drive 25 minutes to get to a business and they are closed prior to their listed hours. It is more disappointing when the person working at the establishment is looking at you but choose not to answer the door and they are not supposed to be closed. I arrived at this store at 3:52 to send a package back to Amazon. The door is locked and as I stated the person refused to open the door to take my package. Why designate business hours if you aren't going to follow them. Businesses complain about not having enough customers but basic customer service is rarely followed..... read more
