I presented with GI issues, and despite being prescribed Venlafaxine, he never once alerted me to the risk of Seratonin Syndrome from taking Zofran and Venlafaxine. He acted with extreme arrogance when he told me it was in my paperwork to take home, when a nurse confirmed it was not in my paperwork. I have been going to Patient First for over a decade, and this is the first time I've encountered a clinician who is so incredibly arrogant and negligent. It is a shame, because the staff are otherwise okay. Brian Richard Hornak should be reeducated on alerting patients to drug interactions. His ego is walking away from the situation instead of rectifying it is not in line with Patient First's values.

I still had a limp in my walk and I could barely do a light jog around my neighborhood as a D1 lacrosse athlete. Three weeks post going to patient first, I went to Rothman and the doctor said I had a grade 2 sprain with 2 partially torn ligaments in my ankle after resting for a total of THREE weeks, which was supposed to be "one". Although the staff is welcoming and friendly I'd suggest seeing a specialized doctor if you have the ability to.

We were then taken to an exam room where a seriously bored nurse took her vitals and asked her flat questions directly from a sheet like a survey. No personalization to her condition. At Advanced Urgent Care, pain can be described one of four ways and if your pain doesn't fall into that category you're asked to "just pick one." We then waited another hour for a doctor to arrive. In the meantime the poor lady in the exam room next to us came to visit and asked how long we'd been waiting for. She said she'd been in that room since 10am....it was now 3:00 in the afternoon. After that we walked out. I should add that we never once saw a doctor walking around the entire time we were there. Avoid avoid avoid.

The x-ray tech, Aileen, lacks in bedside manner almost completely. She took my triage information and was extremely insensitive toward the overwhelming anxiety I was feeling. (Everyone is on edge between the noise on the highway outside and the long wait times.) The place is a perfect storm for anxiety: being located on a busy highway and possessing a waiting room that is continually full. Even when one is moved to a room in the back, you can expect to wait anywhere between 30 and 90 minutes. I honestly wish I had anything truly good to say about the place. The doctor on staff this day (Dr. Brown) takes his time with patients, but also in absolutely everything he does. Dr. Brown has been curt and condescending on two occasions now. Frankly, I wouldn't return unless my life depended on it.

When I told her the first med was not working she told me there was nothing she could do. By the time I got home (5 min)I had an email telling me I needed a different med for my problem. Obviously she didn't take the time to check incoming reports. Another time I asked for an ekg bc we had a fainting situation. They abruptly told me they did EKG's but I should go to emergency room they couldn't help!!!! Turned out our Dr diagnosed a vagal incident. Very common and not an emergency. Don't waste your time here.

They seem like they absolutely hate their jobs and bark orders at patients instead of being kind and accommodating. She said nothing to me as I was leaving not even let me see where the doctor is. When I got to the waiting room there was 1 person in the waiting room waiting to be seen. What a joke. I will never go back to see this doctor.
