Premier Waste's 12.5m trucks use our residential local road as a rat-run every morning and during the day, harassing and waking residents instead of using Palmer Pde in the commercial zone from where they collect one street away in Cremorne VIC. Premier Waste do not reply to emails asking them to take their responsibility to avoid causing safety, amenity and conflict issues in local residential street and then block you. Cowboys are still prevalent in the waste industry as this demonstrates. Completely inconsiderate to residents. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

I can not begin to explain how helpful this company has been, especially Jessica. We needed a large rolloff dumpster. She was willing to work with us and insure not only that we had it when we needed it and we had the right sized product for the job. She took her time to explain pricing, delivery and pickup as well as answer questions. Do not hesitate to contact Premier Waste Solutions especially if you need a large rolloff. One of their drivers got on to the interstate without securing their load. A bottle flew out and hit my car while my wife was driving. At first when we contacted the company they seemed understanding and said they would look into the situation. We gave them exact times and location of the incident. After about a week of no follow-up my wife called them. She was rudely told that the driver denied it and that there was nothing else they will do, and then they hung up on her. I am not upset that the incident happened, I understand accidents happen, I am very disappointed in how the company has handled the situation after the fact. Very unprofessional, very rude, they lost a long term customer over this. read more

Switched because they were cheaper than PapSan and same recycling, no Recycling Bank hassle. Then I had to call the office because they missed our entire block. She lectured me three times to call same day. Umm, you missed Veterans Day, I assumed you would be by the next day. She asked if it could wait a week. I pay for weekly service so if you are skipping a week, I should get a discount. When she finally agreed to come back tomorrow she again lectured me about calling same day. You driver missed my entire neighborhood and it's my fault? And how many people can actually call same day, most are working and don't realize it's been missed until they get home. Garbage. It's there job description and how they conduct business. Watched truck driver drive right passed my house and my full trash cans. Stopped two doors down and lost about 3 bags on the way up that then blew down the street and he didn't stop to pick up. Called the office immediately and magically the driver was somehow already back at the facility within seconds of leaving my house. So they couldn't get back out for pick up until two days later. They don't care and treat people like crap. Good riddance. Don't waste your time with them! read more

Premier Waste Solutions regularly misses our address on our pickup day. Even if we call to ask them to return, we won't see them again until our next scheduled pickup day. Today is Monday (our day), and the can is full to the rim with trash AGAIN! I called, and got the voicemail, because they close at 5:00pm. They won't be back until next Monday (if we're lucky). Calling does no good, and the snobby brat on the other line doesn't try to hide her attitude in the slightest. I thought my comments would be better served here, since they'd rather pass on being alerted to a problem. Premier, you're fired. read more

Customer service is not the best in the city. I don't see how they keep customers, all of the people I spoke with are part of the no customer service skill set. First they didn't pick up our trash. Then they lied to us about when it would be picked up. Then wanted to call me and my husband a liar. Needless to say I will be finding another service to pick up our trash. read more

I switched to Premier Waste a couple of years ago. The prices were reasonable and cheaper than what I was paying. The one time I didn't set my cans out, they circled back to get them after calling. They also picked up some large items that needed to be hauled away without issue. read more

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but felt they deserved a positive. I switched from Papillion Sanitation years ago after discovering how much cheaper Premier was. Even after the city annexed our area 4-5 years ago, I continued using them. They provided (I believe) 2 90-gallon rolling carts (one for trash and one for recycling) and they take a lot of recycling materials others don't. Were there times I wasn't happy with their service? Sure, but when I had a problem like the wheels falling off my cart after years of service, they got it fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I've not regretted my decision to switch waste collection companies and I recommend them to everyone I can. I'm sad we will be parting services at the end of this month, but I'm hopeful the new city service will be up to the task and able to provide waste collection that is even half as good as Premier. read more

I don't know why anybody complains about the customer service with Premier. I had to call them a few years ago when I didn't get the bin out in time and they sent somebody immediately out to pick it up. And, I just got off the phone after speaking to Michelle, asking her if the trucks were running behind. She wasn't sure but she assured me that they would get me taken care of. Horrible customer service!!!!!!! I am a first time homes owner and I chose premier because they had decent prices and when I called to ask about their service they were very nice and helpful. I setup to have my trash can delivered the day after we moved in but not picked up until the next week. This was a holiday week so they informed me that it would be a day late which I was expecting and I was fine with that. However when I got home from work that day they had never came. I tried to call and leave a voicemail but it was full. And because I've never had to worry about a trash service before I had no idea that they would be open on Saturday because of the holiday. So I had to wait until Tuesday to call because New Years fell on a Monday. When I called today I was told well you should have called at noon on Friday or Saturday. Which I did call on Friday but I didn't get home until 6..... the office closes at 4 and the voicemail was full. I was repeatedly told it was my fault the trash was miss and I should have called. Then was told this week to have my trash cans out on time. It was only when I stated I will be looking for other trash companies that they offered to come pick it up today...... this company has gotten off to a very bad start for me I will never be recommending them. read more

Have been with Premier for over 3 years, when I moved to another house the transfer was smooth and they never missed a pick up. They have always been fair and very good to me, and the prices are very reasonable. I have one trash can and one recycling... both trucks come by early and I have never had an issue. read more

Premier has been our trash provider for years now, largely due to issues with Papillion Sanitation. First they price matched what Premier was offering but then (not slyly or slowly enough) started raising rates nearly every quarter so I called on Premier. Six years later I have yet to notice a price increase. One time came back for my trash when I didn't get it out as in another testimonial. Two weeks in a row took 3 or 4 times as much trash as I should have put out (moving) with no question even got out of the truck to help me get it in the bin. (Bought that guy lunch!) They attack our neighborhood with fervour every Tuesday morning before eight so trash out Monday night and generally can pull in our trash bin before we leave for school. Michelle has been excellent and very nice the few times I have called with questions. read more

I have been using Premiere Waste Solutions for two years now. They have been amazing. I never write reviews but this caring, family owned, local company deserves it! I was really struggling, going through the sudden loss of my mother, & an unwanted divorce after 21 yrs. of marriage. My ex husband wasn't paying me any interim child support or alimony at all. I was unable to work due to severe health problems. Not only did Premiere Waste give me extra time to pay my bill, but they continued my service. That alone helped me out a lot, but what happened next was unbelievable. I got a letter in the mail that a local group (Robo Dogs) had a fund raiser and had donated the money to Premier Waste Solutions. The letter told me that I had been selected, by Premiere Waste Solutions, to have the majority of my bill for the remainder of the year!! (And this was in February!!). I have never had any company go so far above and beyond and listen and care so much about what one small family was going through!! Let alone care enough to remember and to help. They have been so kind and so wonderful. Their help, and the help of the Robo Dogs, has lightened not only our debt load, but our outlook for our future.
