I'd like to give 5 stars to the dr and -5 to the "receptionist/cna up front but can't give zero so.. Both are very unprofessional. One goes into way too much TMI about her personal life and personal health. If you ask what to expect during labor and delivery all you get back is her experience. I don't care about that. How do you prep for pain management? Are there any classes to take for child birth, and the list goes on. Rooms are not cleaned after patients, they just roll off more of the white drape on bed. As for the Dr, he is good. Just choose wisely.. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. I was referred here by a friend for my first pregnancy. and it was nothing but a horror show from the first appointment. Every visit is a legitimate two hour wait starting from when you get into the private room. The doctor talks at light speed and doesn't explain anything. He sees you for about three minutes. I called 4 times in one week looking for a call back, five weeks later I never received a call and came to find out at this appointment that he didn't follow up on test results that could harm my baby, told me as he was WALKING OUT THE DOOR that I needed to re-test. I didn't get to ask him a single question and had to almost yell to get him to not walk out. Every appointment I had to take 5 minutes after he left the room to cry out of frustration and lack of communication. I'm beyond happy to have found a new OBGYN. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. (The teddy bears aren't actually something you receive btw!! My friends baby is 1.5 and she never got a heartbeat bear and neither have I at 26 weeks.) A year after moving to Florida from New York we found out I was pregnant, and in need of an obgyn I did some research and googled "obgyn near me" a few came up but the reviews were up and down I found Premier women's care and read the reviews they were all good so I decided to make an appointment, then I realized the office was 40 minutes away from me lol, I decided to go anyways and I'm glad I did. I started seeing Dr. Ramchandani at 5 weeks pregnant, he is very busy but takes his time and doesn't make it feel rushed he explains everything in detail. The girls at his office are so nice and the office is very clean and they always have candy . He delivered my boy via emergency c section on June 5th 2019, he was very comforting to me since I was not expecting the c section and after 2 kids this would be my first c section, his bed side manner at the hospital was great. I began as a patient of Dr. Sanjay M. Ramchandani, M.D. of Premier Womens Care in Bartow, Florida just several weeks ago. I came to him with a history of difficult and painful periods, fibriod tumors and an overall feeling of chronic pain and frustration. My previous gynecologists treated me like a number and quickly rushed to the next patient-without any resolve to my problems.. But even on the first visit to meet the Dr. and discuss my issues..he was writing notes and notes and notes..I sat there thinking..I have truly been blessed...finally a Doctor who CARES about me and his patients..we went over test results and he told me how he would retrieve all of my tests from my previous OBGYN and the hospital ER so everything would be in the office and we discussed the future options for surgery, etc...After telling him that my quality of life was truly at an all time low and how difficult it was to go to work even with the pain and constant bleeding even for a month at a time with maybe a few days reprieve..he prescribed a hormone for me to take and told me it should stop the bleeding and pain for you..he said I would like you to try it..I was ALL FOR IT!!! I made an appointment to come back and left the office..I came back about a week and a half later with great news to share with him and a big smile on my face..I told him the hormone he prescribed was amazing...I have not had any blood or even a little spotting and my pain was gone..not passing the huge tissues that I would before.. I felt like I had the will to live again.. Though the hormone may be temporary because ultimately I will have to have a hysterectomy after the other tests he has ordered, it was worth it and he was heaven sent as I see it.. I would HIGHLY recommend the Doctor to anyone..Some people are meant to do what they do and he is living proof of that... read more
