They helped me to feel better and recover and show improvement for my injuries. I highly recommend Karen and Mayo for care and treatment. They receive five stars for knowledge and kindness. Looking forward to post op care. ~ At this facility I am also under the care of Dr Miranda he has to be the most kind compassionate upbeat Dr I have ever met always in a good mood , patient, understanding, he is just a joy and a breath of fresh air and lets you know you are in good hands on the table . He wants to help and understand you and listen and help you , he is a God send and outstanding Dr at what he does. I can't say enough kind and great things about how he had eliminated my pain and understood me. He is Doctor of the year , truly one of a kind in his field . Outstanding in bedside manner. My only complaint is with the 'doctor' that 'read' my MRI's! I am a 72 y/O MAN, yet in his written report he wrote that my OVARIES seemed to be normal, had a good flow (whatever that means) and further that I had lost a baby at 5 weeks, possibly due to having an abortion(!?!) Again, being a MAN, having OVARIES makes me doubt the accuracy of his entire report! Vilmel Patel is the doctor who did the final report. I mistakenly thought that MRI's were read by doctors at the WH hospital but when I called and asked to speak to him, I was told, "he no longer with us" now I think I understand why! BUT he should NOT cast a dark shadow on an otherwise excellent staff!!!

This is…read morethe second and third visit I have entrusted BayCare Outpatient Imaging with concerning my health. I have nothing negative to say about the care I received. Coleen was the receptionist / office manager who greeted me. She was polite, helpful, and just plain sweet. She was patient with me when I forgot about new year deductibles and she had no rudeness whatsoever. I had my MRI with Leah and Karen and the ladies were caring and compassionate. Leah recognized I was cold and offered me a warm blanket. The ladies I met were professional, kind, compassionate .... nothing bad to say about them or my care., The next day, I came back for a mammogram. Spoke with Coleen again. I thanked her for being so patient with me and she said, that is what I am here for. She said that with a sincere smile. I went with Kathy to get my mammogram and she was just like the other ladies. Professional, courteous, friendly, informative, patient. I give BayCare Outpatient Imaging 10/10 stars ! Not because of the easy parking. Not because of the clean facility, but because of the people working at the facility who care for me with compassion, professionalism, and sincere kindness.
