He did a fine job fixing the large dent on my car's door, along with some small dents he found as well. He fixed the minor dents for a small additional charge. "Dear Mr. Brown, My grandmother, Martha, recently brought her car to your shop to be repaired. Her niece told me that you gave my grandma money to cushion the cost of her deductible. I just want to thank you for your unbelievable kindness and generosity. It is heartwarming and impressive to see that such gracious and compassionate displays do not exist only in the past. I'm reaching out to you on Martha's behalf so you know how truly touched she is, as well as me, by your act. If she does not thank you personally please know that she is not intentionally overlooking your kindness; it is just a little more difficult for her to keep her thoughts and intentions organized the way she used to. We are truly touched" Mr. Brown gave my grandmother $100 towards her deductible. She has never been to this shop in the past. Her license was revoked as a result of events surrounding this accident. So, she cannot bring any additional business to this shop. This was simply the sincerest act of human kindness, with no further motive. If I lived in Oregon I would go to them with all of my auto repair needs and send everyone I know. As it is, the best I can do is to say "thank you".

My mirror, car trunk organizer, insulated bags I use for my JOB, business license, insurance holder, I could keep going. It's not worth my time. I tried the place out and maybe it's my fault for having my car taken in without taking everything out of it first. Lesson learned.
