Took my car here to get repaired. Took over 2 months for him to finally tell me it was totaled. When I went to get my stud out of my car pretty much everything was gone. Over $300 GONE. My mirror, car trunk organizer, insulated bags I use for my JOB, business license, insurance holder, I could keep going. It's not worth my time. I tried the place out and maybe it's my fault for having my car taken in without taking everything out of it first. Lesson learned. read more

If you want to wait A Year to get your car back, have your new vehicle not be put back together correctly, take it back and wait ANOTHER YEAR to fix way more than it went in for, be lied to the whole time, than this is the place for you. AVOID THIS BODY SHOP! I took my car here for some light body work on a fender I managed to mess up while backing out of my garage. My wife picked the car up after the repair, as I was working. When I finally got to look at the repair, I couldn't believe the amateurish job they did. It looked like something you might see at a body shop class done by a student. They made no attempt to make it look like the other side of the car. It was obviously done in a hurry by someone who either didn't know what they were doing, or didn't care. Also, note that they only accept payment by check. They failed to mention this when I dropped the car off. Go elsewhere! read more

Awesome service! Took longer than expected due to external sensor calibration people not being available, it the car looks good as new! Everything was handled through insurance and went very smoothly. Hanna was super informative and kept me in the loop. Took about three weeks in the shop due to the calibration issue. This shop had my vehicle for exterior body damage repairs, but when I picked up my vehicle I discovered they damaged the interior and failed to tell me. I immediately addressed this with Joel, who photographed the damage and assured me that they would repair the damage after locating the part. I was also told that "Jim would pay for the damage" by the receptionist when I phoned to follow-up. I sent 7 emails during June and July asking for the status and received no response, so I drove to the shop and Joel told they were having difficulty locating the part. I located the parts in one day on eBay. I took this information to the shop and gave it to Joel who once again assured me they would order the part. I asked the insurance adjuster to follow up on the delay, and she received the same answer, that they were ordering the part. They never did order the part after repeatedly telling me they were "working on it". After appealing to Jim Bacon to do the ethical thing as I was told they would do, he left me a voice mail asking if I ordered a part and he would send me a check. Did they think I was going to repair it myself? Since it was clear they had no intention of repairing the damage they did, I obtained an estimate from an Acura dealer and notified Mr. Bacon I could take my vehicle there to be repaired if they did not want to repair the damage. I attempted to resolve this issue amicably for 6 months as it became more evident they had no interest in doing the honest and ethical thing and repair my car. This left me with no other option than to file suit in Clark County Small Claims Court. They did not appear for the required pretrial hearing, so a Default Judgment was issued in my favor on November 13, 2023. They were given 30 days to make restitution. As of this date, Bacon Collision has remained unresponsive. Giving them 1 Star is generous. read more

My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised. We had no idea they would do this. We have an infant and a toddler so our car was not by any means clean. After coming in and getting an estimate I called to make an appointment and the lady wouldn't schedule me because of the insurance company I was going through so I asked if I signed a paper saying I was paying out of pocket if I could schedule an appointment, she said she would have to ask the owner and would call me back. I personally had a great experience. When I was looking for other shops they told me I needed to wait about 3-4 weeks to just get my car looked up but when I showed up at Bacon Collision, Jim looked at it right then and there and I didn't need an appointment to bring my car in for repair & he took it asap. Time wise it took about 2 months until my car was ready for pick up but Jim not only repaired my damage from my accident but also other parts of my vehicle that wasn't even part of my accident like my cracked rim. I don't usually make bad reviews but I have no clue why this place has such good ratings... DO NOT take your car here!!!! My husband was hit on the passenger side and we took our car here, they replaced the door with a broken door that didn't even match the previous door. So now we can't open the passenger door. We have been calling them for months trying to get them to make it right and they have done nothing but ghost us. Incredibly disappointed. Also the man I believe to be the owner comes off very rude and there was absolutely no communication. The few times he did answer he would tell us he was going to call back and never did.
