I just spent three days in the hospital because the nurse practitioner there did not diagnose me correctly. So I called today to try to have a follow up appointment like I was told to and the secretary that answered the phone told me that even though the hospital tells me to follow up in two weeks it doesn't really matter that my doctor did not have an appointment till July. I tried to explain to her that I was told that I had to have a procedure done before that and she literally did not care. This is the problem with these corporations now they have young girls answering the phone with absolutely no medical training whatsoever and they really do not care about you. You're just a number calling the phone. Do not use them. I'm trying to find somebody else. Worst customer service ever had and I never ever ever have to go to the doctor. I'm very healthy. But this goes to show that they do not care about you and I have two insurances that pay in full and they do not care. She was totally happy when I said I will go somewhere else and literally hung up the phone on me. We are in the process of calling the patient care advocate now with the exact time and date of the phone call.

Dr. Irene Kelly is the COLDEST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!…read more I left her office hysterically crying, humiliated, traumatized, and filed a report against her for her behavior. I am a young, healthy adult in my twenties who went in for a routine Pap smear and check up. Every time I asked her a question, she became increasingly agitated with me, to the point where she started huffing and rolling her eyes. I became emotional because I was naked, vulnerable, and couldn't understand why I was being treated this way. Once the exam was through, while I was still crying, I knocked on the door to her office to see if she could explain why she treated me this way and answer some of the questions she neglected to answer. Once she realized it was me, she began to LITERALLY BANG HER HEAD ON HER DESK out of frustration. No one should ever be treated this way, let alone by a DOCTOR. Please spare yourself from such a humiliating, degrading experience!

I was not even asked if I was willing to pay out of pocket. What I was. Needless to say, this is shocking behavior and highly innapropriated. The doctor, of course, has the right to change how she operates her clinic but she had an obligation to honor appointments done before her change of mind. It shows lack of respect for the medical profession and disregard for people's schedule. No matter how good this doctor maybe, she certainly lacks commitment to help people with their medical needs. Frankly, an apology from a very polite assistant is not enough!

I called back and asked for a pedriac speculum, and they said that they carried all sizes but the doctor chooses what size you need. I know my body- and i need the smallest speculum available. Plus to boot, there's no consult appointment before the exam, which is bad because i want to discuss with the doctor my options, as well as my opinions, and to see if i trust this doctor. i also had tons of bad experiences with prior gynocologists so, trust is important. I'll add more if i end up making the appointment- but fair warning- if you only want specific things maybe it's not for you!

They are not through, and will make recommendations for your health without asking enough questions. They will assume that you know a lot about women's health. The doctor doesn't read the forms you fill out in the waiting room. Prepare to mention anything important written on those forms during your precious 15 minutes of allotted appointment time. Be ready with a note pad to write down what the doctor rattles off. Appointments are strictly 15 minutes long. If you need to discuss anything, prepare to make separate appointments and pay extra co-pays to do so. Even if you mention a need to discuss a lot with your doctor when you call to make an appointment, you will still only be scheduled for a 15 minute slot.

I had both nice doctors- however, they need to explain to their patients on what to expect, especially if it is their first appointment. Also i felt very truamatized by the speculum. My first speculum exam, they used a big speculum and it felt like it was for someone who had children, it hurt. Went to another doctor in the same practice, still hurt, but she did stop. I did have my first pap smear here, which once the speculum was in wasn't bad, but it still hurt. I don't think they had a pedriac speculum here. Oh and this office has since closed as of May 2024. If it's your first exam, i don't recommend this place. No Sympotms either, i don't recommend this place, very poor bedside manner also.

Front desk girls are okay, kind of come off a little rude which upsets me. Had some pretty bad experiences here. Genuinely after switching drs and speaking with my new provider. I came to the conclusion that this place was just trying to get money from my insurance company, I would get letters from my insurance company for every time they charged something. They also try to upsell you on vitamins for over 100$+ and on other things. I had family members who went here and also left due to some of the experiences they had.
