I closed on a new house the first week of March 2020, knowing I had a lot of work to be done-roofing , siding , etc. -then Covid hit! It was difficult and stressful to find contractors-to say the least. Initially, I hired a company that completed the roof but failed to be able to complete the gutters, siding and trim. I had to move on and keep looking with winter fast approaching. I was about to give up for the year when I found SA. SA to the rescue! This company is experienced, professional and EASY to work with. They don't send a salesperson to quote you with a PowerPoint , their prices are reasonable and they had the job done within a few weeks of the initial quote!! We are so happy with the result we asked them to remodel our three bathrooms. Again, their quote was better than the other 8 companies we compared with. Their timing and flexibility was better as well! Throughout the process of bathroom remodeling, they were extremely helpful, accommodating and easy to work with. From picking tiles and helping us with the pickup (usually pretty expensive), to going out of their ways to seal cracks for us on the wall and hanging paintings for my mom. They even offered to walk my dog when they were working with us. They are excellent at what they do. See images for the before and after of the bathrooms. We love our 3 bathrooms now. They were able to accommodate everything we asked them too. Including changing old electric outlets, adding a shower in the guest bathroom, and switching the vent to a heated vent. They even helped to fix my kitchen sink that a plumber failed after trying for 3 days! They are also honest people. I did notice a cracked window and Rob immediately ordered a new one and covered the cost. So they do honor their warranty on their work. Deyonker Window and Door, did our smaller house windows and large bedroom windows back about 11…read moreyears ago, they were terrific, so we knew we could trust them, and a few years later, they did our door wall on our walk out, so now, we had them do our large picture front window at our home, Dan came out and gave us the estimate, he then came out a second time to double check measurements, take a deposit, then they ordered the window from the factory and approximately 4 months later they were here to install it. This was a custom order, thats why it took so long. My other windows didnt take this long, they were in stock. As you can see from the pictures its is very large. They came with a very large crew and had it done in about 7 hours. This included the custom molding that they cut on site and put on, all we had to do was paint it. The crew was very polite and respectful, they laid out tarps before they even started, and they brought in and used an air compressor that was so quiet i could talk right next to it. Mark and some of the crew had been here before on our previous install. This to me indicates a company who not only keeps employees who do good work, but gives us customers an excellent job. They also provided written documentation of how they were going to do everything - details on how the support posts would be set, on the structure, and on the deck boards, etc, many of which were beyond what the local building code requires. And then they were able to deliver on what they said they would do. The new support structure for my deck is rock solid, I swear I could park a truck on it. Good communication with me throughout the entire process. And the finished product is beautiful. I went with a composite deck material. While not the least expensive quote that I had, they were competitive. I went with them because I wanted it done right and last many years, and I fee that they were able to give me that.

I don't think I've ever seen it look this good. Terry says the magic is in his use of hot water and a special cleaner, but it also comes from his 30 years of experience and his attention to detail. Finally pulled the trigger on a full roof replacement after putting it off for a couple years. Got three quotes total and went with Premiere, they weren't the cheapest but they were close, and honestly the way Brad walked me through everything during the estimate made the decision pretty easy. He actually got up there and showed me photos of what was going on, explained what needed to happen and why, and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. Crew was out about a week after I signed off. Seven or eight guys showed up right around 7am and I'm not exaggerating when I say the whole thing was done by mid-afternoon. New decking, ice and water shield, the works. House looks completely different from the street , wish I'd done it sooner. The cleanup was impressive. They laid tarps around the perimeter, ran a magnet through the yard for nails, and hauled everything off same day. My wife was home the whole time and said they were respectful and professional throughout. We went with architectural shingles and they took the time to help us pick a color that worked with our brick, small thing but it mattered to us. Really happy with how it turned out. Highly recommend these guys to anyone in the Troy area. read more

Had a leak coming through my ceiling after all the rain we got last month and was worried it was gonna be a huge expensive fix. Called Premiere and they came out pretty quick to take a look. Brad was honest with me and said it was just some flashing around the chimney that had seperated and a few shingles that needed to be replaced, nothing crazy. The guys that came out knew exactly what they were doing, got up on the roof and had everything fixed up in a few hours. They showed me pictures before and after which I thought was a nice touch so I could actually see what they did up there. Pricing was very reasonable, way less then I was expecting to pay honestly. I've had bad experiences with contractors in the past that try and tell you everything needs to be replaced just to charge more but these guys were straight foward and didn't try to pull anything like that. Yard was clean when they left, no nails or debris or anything. My neighbor actully recommended them to me and I'm glad I listened. Will definitly be calling them again when its time to do a full replacement in a few years. Good local company, would recommend to anyone in the area. read more
