While discussing my current prescriptions, Zoloft in particular, Dr. Rizvi told me to "Stop being…read moredepressed. I don't need that. I just need to be happy for what I have." It was incredibly inappropriate. He also kept repeating that I needed to call all of my family and ask them if they've "ever been diagnosed with thyroid." When I asked toward the end of the appointment what I was supposed to ask them, because I didn't understand what he meant before, he repeated those words, then yelled "thyroid!" at me and then yelled "Do you think you can remember that?!" at me. It was awful. I've also been here twice and wasn't seen until 30 minutes after my appointment time, only to have unproductive appointments that ended in me leaving even more confused than I came in.

May I say, to each there own, but I was treated VERY well and all of the staff was VERY friendly and I LOVE Dr. Gordon-isn't is amazing how some hate it but others love it. I am glad because I had been at Women's Wellness for years and never treated as kindly as I have at A Woman's Place. So I am giving them 5 stars

During Covid doctor appointments are definitely interesting. We were in and out quickly and…read morereleased from endo care all at the same visit which was great. This was our first and our last visit so I can't say too much on the dr as we only saw her for 5 minutes but the student under her and the staff in front (especially Amy) were awesome. Even better was Amy was able to get us scheduled even though my daughters other drs were dragging their feet on getting over her records. As with any specialty, there is a little wait to get seen so be prepared.

I was told to get labs after my appointment at the facility on the first floor. I came into the…read moreroom and 3 people were ahead of me. The process they go through takes too long as they have my medical records. The doctor is 2 floors above them and sent the order down. Why did I have to sit in the waiting area and listen to employees talk about lottery tickets??????? I'm still waiting and the next step is to go sit in a room and verify information that they have before having the labs done. 40 minutes is too long for this process.

We used to show up early, but that only resulted in more waiting time. Typically, we wait for at least an hour before seeing the intake nurse, then.another.hour before seeing th doctor. Multiple letters to the practice and a personal meeting with the office manager have resulted in zero improvement. The Office Manager acted as if she had no control over scheduling.

I went in for a quick lab test the lady at the front desk didn't greet me gave me my paper to fill out and was laughing texting on her personal phone the whole time she lacked professionalism and when I paid my co pay I reached for the receipt she laughed out loud saying I grabbed the wrong one. Read the room. They are understaffed, I had a girl take my blood pressure then proceeded to call her higher up because she didn't know how to pick the correct labs I needed to do. Then I wait 3 weeks for results I end up calling the desk and they keep switching me to different departments then just hang up. I call back and explain they are just putting me on hold and hanging up but before I even finished they rude receptionist interrupted to say IF YOUR ON HOLD ITS BECAUSE WERE WAITING FOR THE DOCTOR... I told her the line is hanging up from your end and she said hold please... such a waste of time teach them decorum
