The waiting areas are spacious with relaxing music, essential oils, magazines, water, and snacks to accommodate whatever vibe you are looking for. The robes are so nice and comfortable and I love the warm aromatherapy neck pillows they offer you while you lounge for your appointment. They had, water, tea, wines and mimosas to choose for your drink and Chex mix to snack on. For a Swedish massage, I would say my masseuse was using very rapid movements, ones that wake you up vs relax. She was an employee for quite some time before purchasing it. She does amazing work, treats her employees and guests with compassion and is hilarious. She's a fun person to conversate with. My review is for facials and waxings. I have been here quite a bit over the last few months (currently sitting in their parking lot since I arrived early for my appointment that I have today!) Each time I've been in, the receptionist is always so polite and gets me set up in the relaxation area until my tech is ready. They offer drinks, set you up in a massage chair and put a warm neck wrap on you. I always see Fay. I trust her with everything she does! I've received facials, backcials, Brazilian waxes and eyebrow shaping from her. I am NEVER disappointed. She is the one to see if you come for a service.
