It has been 2 weeks now applying oils, lotions, trimming the nails down, and adding strengthener. Still destroyed!

I got a basic french tip gel set on my toes and they came out fine, the white tip aren't as curved as I would like but I'm not super picky with my toes. It's my fingernails I am super picky about. Unfortunately I am super picky with the shaping and sizing of my fingernails. One thumbnail is much smaller than the other which does bother me. Getting an acrylic set is always a hit or miss no matter where you go due to how thick they can come out, and I do think mine came out a little thicker than I hoped this time. I really like the color I chose and that I got the cats-eye design, but what drops my rating is the price of $150 without tip (for a classic pedi with new gel, acrylic set with gel, and catseye design) and the lesser attention to the small details. I wish all my nails' shape were sharper and less rounded at the tip, and that my thumbnails weren't two different sizes. It's hard to notice those imperfections in the salon so it's unfortunate that I only notice once I leave and came really look at them. Honestly it's the price that gets me. Charleston nail salons overcharge just because of the city. So ask for a price estimate beforehand so you don't look surprised at checkout!

She was an employee for quite some time before purchasing it. She does amazing work, treats her employees and guests with compassion and is hilarious. She's a fun person to conversate with. My review is for facials and waxings. I have been here quite a bit over the last few months (currently sitting in their parking lot since I arrived early for my appointment that I have today!) Each time I've been in, the receptionist is always so polite and gets me set up in the relaxation area until my tech is ready. They offer drinks, set you up in a massage chair and put a warm neck wrap on you. I always see Fay. I trust her with everything she does! I've received facials, backcials, Brazilian waxes and eyebrow shaping from her. I am NEVER disappointed. She is the one to see if you come for a service. I was very impressed with both the quality and the speed today. I got a gel manicure and was in and out in about 30 minutes. The tech was super nice and there was no forced awkward small talk which I greatly appreciated.
