I will admit my first time here a year ago did not go well. I had my nails done a pink and white ombré and they didn't look good. At all. The blend was tacky. Recently I went back and it's been successful each time! The staff has been really nice. Diane did my toes last week in preparation for the Starfall Ball in CO. She provided a cute rhinestone detail that I got tones of compliments on. I went back today to have the gel and rhinestones removed in exchange for a regular polish. I typically get the deluxe package with a hot stone massage. My toes have been incredibly cute and the massages relaxing. The atmosphere is typical for a salon and can range from quiet and chill to chatty and lively. I've appreciated going back and am glad I have it a goner chance. And another and another! read more

I've been impressed both times I have been to this location. I had a deluxe pedicure today by a male technician. He was very kind and attentive. I could tell he really care about doing a good job and providing a relaxing experience. I was greeted right away, asked what I was looking for, advised to find a "beautiful polish" and then directed to my pedicure station. The massage chair was so comfortable. He massaged my legs and feet with care. I read a book on my Libby app and allowed him to work his magic. He gave an amazing massage and did a perfect job with the polish and manicure itself. Don't even waste your time. After standing at the front desk for 3 minutes a mature female nail tech sporting a bob haircut approached the front lobby. She literally looked me in the eyes as I stood at the front desk and said nothing to me. I said hi kindly and she didn't respond or acknowledge me. She checked in another client seated on the couch and walked away. I find this unacceptable, disrespectful, and rude. The majority of services offered cost $50+ which suggests that the customer service should be premium. This was my attempt at me giving this salon a second chance after receiving a botched dip/sns manicure 4 weeks ago which chipped within 6 days and had to be repaired. I'm tired of overlooking and not acknowledge the poor hospitality and customer service offered at nail spas. I'm beginning to wonder if only certain clients are treated this way. My next $80 manicure and $60 pedicure will have to be at an actual spa where the staff is likely trained too pamper and cater to the customer with kindness and respect. read more

This place has horrible customer service and provides subpar service. We are visiting here from Atlanta, my nail chipped (SNS) so I wanted to find nail salon to get it done. For starters, when we walked in no one greeted us. Finally, I guess the owner came over and I told her that I needed nail repair and my daughter needed a polish change. A few minutes past and they took my daughter back to start on her. A couple of customers came in and were serviced as I still waited. Finally, I am told to come back and sit. The worker again asked me what I needed, I told her SNS for a chip nail repair. She replied "We don't do that here". I was confused! This is a nail shop. A nice lady who I was chatting with earlier turned and said that she was joking. I did not think it was funny at all, because she said it with a straight face. So I sat, the manager/worker never sat down to repair my nail. She stood like she was too busy to do my nails. She did not soak it, she just drilled it down, painted it, dunked it in the SNS powder a couple of times, halfway filed it and sent me back to the front of the store to dry. I felted rushed and not given the best service as a paying customer. I did not feel welcomed at all. I'm steaming by now and ready to go!!! Then they tell me I owe $30!! I was told that the gel polish change was $25 and my nail repair was $5. At that time I tell them about the rude service I received and asked for the manager/worker. I told her she did a bad job on my nail and that I was not happy with the repair. She said she did not and that my nail was "perfect!". I disagreed, We went back and forth about my nail and the service. Finally, she walked away talking about me to the other customers! I decided to just leave, so I did. I did not leave a tip, nor did I receive a receipt. I had to file my own nail to make it look acceptable. I do not mind paying good money to get my daughter and my nails done, but I do mind when the service is horrible. This place is trash.... They are liars!! I gave this salon a five star rave review when it first opened, but after today, I won't go back. The first guy got up halfway through my pedicure and said he wasn't going to be able to finish because I said my cut was crooked. Then the second mail person came and said he had been having a bad day. She proceeded to do a relatively good job, she finished and left me to dry. Ten minutes later she comes back over slides my shoes on removing every bit of polish. And getting it all over my fiber sandals. So now we have not only a disaster pedicure that's taken well over an hour, but fabric sandals with nail polish all over them. read more

I don't even think they deserve a start today. Me and my kids visit here often but after today, we went return. The nail tech was grumpy about doing her job and when I explained that the polish didn't look perfessional, she said oh, well. I was asking if it could be redone or cleaned up but the attitude was just rude, she said it's fine and your gonna pay. Money is no object and i told her I'll just pay and probably not return, then she clapped and said good don't! Wow, for the money that we spend, we'll try other places in the future! The first time I went I got a gel pedicure and the gel began to chip within two days. I gave them another chance a month later and got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I went in today for a dip manicure, to be honest it was my second stop after I couldn't get in at another salon. I got a mediocre dip manicure, it is ok, but not great. The salon was not clean and there were lots of used tools laying around on the table next to me. The service itself was horrible. The woman talked with another technician extremely loudly the whole time! I'm 9 month pregnant and really looked forward to a relaxing, enjoyable manicure. It was so tense because the woman doing my nails was clearly upset. She wasn't paying attention and re-dipped some nails and not others. I also received no hand massage. Then when I was checking out she complained to me about how so many new salons are opening up and how stressful it is. All and all it was a very negative experience. read more

I am new to the area and was in need of a pedicure and gel manicure. After researching a couple places, I decided to call and make an appointment for this place. Once I showed up, checked in, and picked out my color, I waited 45 minutes for someone to come over and start on my toes. What's the point of making an appointment? Secondly, while I picked out my color, I asked the gentleman if they had a match color in gel. He told me to look through the colors and was no help at all. After my pedicure, my gel was done. Once my gel nails were done, the woman put the top coat on my toes before I was on my way. I don't understand why the top coat wasn't put on before my manicure so they had time to dry. My big toes are chipped and 1 week later my gel manicure is chipped in a few places (most noticeable nail pictured below). The total was $70 and was in there for 2 hours. I have been there four times now, later today will be five. The employees are so nice and engaging, you can tell they really enjoy working there and it shows in the quality of their work. They want to know you and call you by name. Freda and her hubby are terrific. They do great work and are such lovely people. The owners are super too, greeting you as soon as you walk in, asking if they can get you anything. The salon is spotless. Everything is new. I hate going to a salon where the massage chairs are old/shabby and in need of repair. The chairs are super comfy. I get gel on toes and fingers and it lasts. Especially like to get gel on toes, lasts 6 weeks or more and holds up great through beach, pool, and flip flop wearing. Highly recommend. Thanks. read more

The people were very nice but must not be very experienced or caring. The woman doing my nails used nail stickers when I wanted something hand painted pretty much ignored me when I asked and brought the stickers anyways. I asked her to redo them because they are missing parts in the stickers she re did one nail then clear coated them and told me I was done. Also my nails came out bumpy and different shapes (pinky nail in photos) I've been to both the downtown location (which was WORSE) and the folly road one and both the people I've sat with were not attentive and didn't care about requests or complains. If you're going to run a business you should have employees who care about customer feedback and not just ignore you as if they can't hear. Not impressed and will not be back. read more
