You had an attitude the moment you walked up to my door. That was before I even asked if you could do the back patio before the front yard (the only thing I asked). Which I was totally fine when you said you could not accommodate. My problem was the ATTITUDE you gave and the way you said it. I did pay, and then contacted the owner with pictures of the sub par work. He agreed that the roof didn't look very clean so he would come back to inspect and correct. That was 2 weeks ago and still no word back. At this point I'll just hire someone else to come finish the job. It's too bad because they were friendly people. Logan explained to me that it would be alot of work. He would have to pressure wash each paver. The cost would be $1600. A couple of weeks later he was on our street again. I decided to go ahead with the work . Logan assured me I would be very happy with the completed job. From the time they started it took over 2 months to complete + extra money. Adding to the delay was-- other jobs, picking up supplies , an auto accident, Logan was sick. The completed work looked better than when they started, however. there still are areas of the finished work that shows some of the old sealant. The day they finished I payed Logan $1700 and thanked him for there effort. Logan said he was starting a window washing business and would clean our windows, for our patience. After 3 or 4 months of waiting I called and inquired about it . He set up a date June 11 . That was a NO SHOW. STILL WAITING!!!!!

This company came I almost 3 times higher than anyone I've used in 15 years! Yes I make sure they are licensed and insured before they do work. I even gave this company a chance to redo the bid I'm case he made a mistake. Do not use without getting other estimates as this company is the highest I have ever been quoted.
